Netjes en schoon, wel wat verouderd en gehorig.
Pros:

Het appartement was goed schoon, maar wel erg verouderd.

Cons:

Voor 4 personen in 3 bedden gelegen, omdat ik een opklapbed in de woonkamer zelf erg smoezelig vond. Het complex is ook extreem gehorig, je hoort de buren om je heen, lopend water en tikkende buizen. 3 vd 8 personen hebben hierdoor een nacht niet kunnen slapen.

De locatie is super

Cons:

Het onderhoud van het appartement. Er is echt geen onderhoud aanwezig in de afgelopen jaren en dat zie je in alles terug. Dat is echt zonde, want er zit nog veel potentie in.

Schimmel op de gordijnen in de slaapkamer. Geen gezonde situatie. We opteren voor een compensatie in iedere geval. Ik gaf het al aan en we kregen geen gehoor. 0479 72 56 54

De locatie is perfect, kleine 5 minuten en je staat midden in het centrum

Fijne locatie. Niet te gehorig.

Cons:

Er was veel stuk; Lampje afzuigkap, Lampje boven het aanrecht, Plafondlamp slaapkamer, Lamp boven de tafel twee van de zes lampjes stuk, Kookplaat gebarsten, De kraan zat los in het aanrecht, De stenen dorpel bij de balkondeur lag er af, en de ventilator in de badkamer maakt erg veel lawaai.

Wij kwamen aan in het appartement bleek de cv kapot eerste kerstdag zit je daar in de kou geen monteur die wilt komen. Wij terug naar het hotel kregen wij een en suite kamer aangeboden incl badjassen handdoeken en en 2 keer ontbijt. Heel erg goed opgelost bedankt parkhotel!! Onze meiden hadden de mooiste kerst ook zeiden ze.

Cons:

Helaas dat het appartement niet goed was. We hadden eten enzo mee genomen. En gelukkig hadden we een koelkastje mee zodat het eten goed bleef en weer mee terug naar huis kon
