Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und in allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Und das Flughafenshuttle hat bei Ankunft und Abflug bestens funktioniert.

Pros:

The administrators and kitchen staff were super nice and friendly. Location is far from center, I suggest staying here if you need to go to Kazakhstan border next day by taxi.

Clean, but far away from everything
Pros:

Professional staff, clean, parking, good selection of breakfast, free coffee and snacks during the day.

Cons:

There’s carpet in the room and it’s a bit irritating that the sink is in the room and not in the bathroom. My husband got sick after breakfast.

Pros:

Staff and manager were really great and went out of their way to help accommodate my travel schedule and make sure I had a comfortable stay.

It’s quite a long drive from the airport and the area did not seem super walkable, i didn’t realize this when booking which is more my fault than anything. Just

Очень позитивный доброжелательный персонал
Достойные завтраки

Cons:

Иногда бывает что слабый набор и(или) вода едва теплая

Hotel gut - die Lage gegenüber einem Gaskraftwerk nicht so gut
Pros:

Das Hotel selber ist schon richtig gut.

Cons:

Aber die Lage hat mir nicht gefallen, weil es fast gegenüber eines Gaskraftwerk es ist mit hohen Schornsteinen. Und was da für ein Rauch rauskommt, weiß man nicht.
