It was a decent place to stay while visiting Old Sturbridge Village.
Pros:

Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel design was unique and nice to see! Staff friendly and accommodating

Cons:

No pull out sofa bed like most hotels, had to change room but was done free of charge, no microwave in room and couple things didn't work in the room (a light and DVD player), the cost of breakfast is too high (most hotels offer free breakfast), area around hotel isn't the greatest

The location met our needs for starting College.
Pros:

The staff during the weekend dinner time were lovely. All very friendly and the meals were very satisfying.

Ok but scary
Pros:

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly

Cons:

The rooms need updating including the beds, the staff do not stop random people from coming off of the streets and using to pool area which resulted in a drug deal happening while we were using the pool. We were happy until we witnessed this and rushed out kids out of the pool area. I sent an email with no response from the general manager

Pros:

Everyone was very nice, the place was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

While I understand that breakfast is only offered in the restaurant, complimentary coffee would be nice for those who don't eat breakfast.

Clean and comfortable
Pros:

We chanced on this hotel about 7 years ago on Priceline and have booked it through the hotel almost every year since then. It is consistently clean and has comfortable beds.

The property's historic nature drew me to stay here
Pros:

I enjoyed exploring the historic American Optical Company headquarters area inside the building and the exterior.

The clean, well-kept, comfortable rooms leave me wanting to stay here again when in the area. I did not have the opportunity to explore your outlets.

Nice stay
Pros:

One night stay. beautiful hotel! We arrived very early and were able to get in our room, which was great! Good sized room: Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room does have a mini fridge, tho no microwave. Pool tables, indoor basket court, and 2 racquetball courts. All free to use! Fitness center was amazing for a hotel! Tons of machines, free weights, and cardio machines. There is a restaurant and bar on site, which we did not visit. There were a couple negatives that prevented me from giving it an "excellent" rating: There is no coffee available in the lobby in the morning. You had to purchase it at the restaurant. (There WAS a coffee machine in the room that used Starbucks coffee). No water available in the lobby either, unless you purchased it (You could walk down to the gym and get water there). There was very little hot water for the morning shower. It was luke warm at best, and you had to hustle to get your shower done before it turned completely cold. These are minor issues, but for a hotel of this caliber, I would expect at least coffee in the lobby in the morning. NONE of these issues, however, would prevent us from staying again if we were in the area!!! Overall a very nice stay!!

superb hospitality
Pros:

I was there for a conference for MAAO course and was stay for a week. The service was superb in all areas from restaurant to the cleaning staff and the reception all of the staff provides great services.

Comfortable, Convenient and Clean!
Pros:

The Wellsworth Hotel was a perfect spot for our conference. The location was super convenient, the staff provided excellent service throughout the stay, and everything worked very well for a multi-day event. Comfortable, welcoming, and easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend the Wellsworth for conferences, meetings, or group events.
