Great location.
Furniture a bit outdated. I asked the front desk if I can switch rooms because I was staying for 8 nights. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the back of other buildings. I wouldn't have mind if I was there for 2-3 night, but for 8 nights, I wanted a view. Well, the property never got back to me.
Excellent location, extremely kind staff, excellent restaurant in the hotel.

若いフロントスタッフ(英語会話可能)の対応が、アジア人やスペイン語を話せない客を見下している感があり、マナーを、感じられなかった。
部屋は清潔で、クリーニングスタッフも感じが良かったが、キッチンがあるので、食器やら簡単な調理器具が常設されていると良い。
1番困った点はwifiがほぼ効いていない。シムを買い足し買い足し使っていた。部屋も変えてもらったが、同じく使えないに等しい状況であった。スタッフにも言ったが、あまり真意に取り扱ってもらえなかった。

The location was the only good thing. Great spot for us to be picked up for tours outside of the city.
Could hear people slamming their doors, playing music inside their rooms at 3am in the morning and even people waiting for the elevator would be heard in our room. If they bumped up the price due to the World Cup that’s a shame because it was very bad comparing to what we paid for.

The hotel is very well located, with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. The facilities appear to be well maintained and in good condition. Cleanliness throughout the property was consistently good, and both the rooms and common areas were kept tidy. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist when needed.
El hotel tiene una ubicación muy conveniente, con fácil acceso a atracciones, restaurantes y opciones de transporte cercanas. Las instalaciones se perciben bien mantenidas y en buen estado. La limpieza fue consistente en toda la propiedad, tanto en las habitaciones como en las zonas comunes, que se encontraban ordenadas. El personal fue en general servicial y mostró disposición para ayudar cuando fue necesario.
On the other hand, the hotel has several issues that need attention. The bathrooms clearly require maintenance, as both the toilet and the sink were clogged during our stay. The in-room TV was essentially unusable because it never managed to connect to the internet, and the Wi-Fi service was extremely unreliable, frequently disconnecting and rarely remaining stable for more than a few minutes at a time.
Since we were visiting during the FIFA World Cup, we decided to watch one of the matches at the hotel restaurant as it was impossible to do it in the room. Unfortunately, the experience reflected the overall lack of service. After waiting nearly 50 minutes, the quesadillas we ordered never arrived, and I eventually canceled the order and left.
Considering the price we paid, the overall experience simply did not provide good value for money. In fact, I did not hesitate to leave a day earlier than planned.
Por otro lado, el hotel presenta varios problemas que requieren atención. Los baños necesitan mantenimiento, ya que tanto el inodoro como el lavamanos estaban obstruidos durante nuestra estancia. El televisor de la habitación fue prácticamente inútil porque nunca logró conectarse a internet, y el servicio de Wi-Fi fue extremadamente inestable, con desconexiones constantes y sin mantenerse funcionando adecuadamente por más de unos pocos minutos.
Como estábamos allí durante la Copa Mundo FIFA, decidimos ver uno de los partidos en el restaurante del hotel porque era imposible en la habitación. Lamentablemente, la experiencia reflejó las mismas deficiencias del servicio. Después de esperar cerca de 50 minutos, las quesadillas que habíamos pedido nunca llegaron, por lo que finalmente cancelé la orden y me retiré.
Teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos, la experiencia en general no ofreció una relación costo-beneficio aceptable. De hecho, no tuve ningún inconveniente en adelantar mi salida un día antes de lo previsto.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. Desde el exterior, el hotel parece pequeño, pero al entrar sorprende gratamente por sus instalaciones, el cuidado de los espacios y la calidad de sus servicios.
Cuenta con estacionamiento, un restaurante muy agradable y áreas comunes muy bien mantenidas. Todo se percibe nuevo, limpio y cuidadosamente diseñado, con atención a los detalles que hacen más cómoda la estancia.
La habitación fue uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos. Era amplia, cómoda y contaba con todas las amenidades necesarias. Nos tocó una habitación con una pequeña cocina, barra, dos camas y sofá cama, una distribución muy práctica y confortable. Además, descansamos perfectamente gracias a la tranquilidad del lugar.
El personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. También disfrutamos mucho desayunar en el restaurante, donde el ambiente es muy agradable.
Sin duda, uno de los mejores aspectos del hotel es su extraordinaria relación calidad-precio. Superó nuestras expectativas y definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
