The room and linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The city view was some consolation.
The construction noise was TERRIBLE, right across from our room -- power tools buzzing, workers talking loudly over their music, odor and dust as late as 8 pm! My husband is a general contractor and we were on vacation yet staying at a construction site, unbelievable! He took video/sound recordings but we don't have photos. When we complained, the management was not able to give us a quiet (no construction noise), comparable room because they said they were fully booked. We reserved this place because I had confirmed by messaging that it had a terrace hot tub in the Roma Norte neighborhood, to relax on our last 2 nights, but the roof was a literal construction zone with no working hot tub. Our rooms with our 2 adult kids and 1 teen were supposed to be near each other but were on floors 1 and 8, so we could not connect with or supervise them easily, especially at night. Both rooms had floor to ceiling windows that were shaky and poorly constructed, one had a gap even. If someone happened to bump into it there would be a serious risk of falling out of the building from a high floor; my husband and son who both work in construction warned me not to stand too close to the window! I'm sure this would not pass inspection in the US. Our 2 nights here were certainly NOT as advertised and were truly a disappointing way to finish our family vacation.

Habitación muy amplia y moderna. Tuvimos la suerte de estar en el 8° piso, con unas vistas espectaculares. Cama muy comoda!
