Las ubicacion

Cons:

1) La tv nunca funcionó , apesar de ser "Smart" porque tenía Roku instalado nunca agarro señal, ni se abrieron aplicaciones ni tv normal.(707)

2) porque si tienes un piso que está en remodelación , das habitaciones en el mismo.
Desde medio día había ruido por las remodelaciónes que son entendibles,.pero para que das esa habitaciones , solo es incomodar a huéspedes ,.lo que se pretende es descansar y relajarte . Lo único que nos salvó es que fuimos a turistear todo el día , por qué si me hubiera quedado todo el día en el hotel, sería muy incómodo.

Very centrally located, reasonable priced, adequate stay.
Pros:

Very centrally located in Mexico City close to the Angel of independence Square. Biking around would have been easy despite the high traffic in Mexico City. The room was pretty small, but had everything that we needed. We had a nice view of the high rises in the area.

Cons:

The staff was not very helpful. Almost none of the staff could speak a word of English, which was surprising since they were working in the tourist industry in the huge capital of Mexico. We used Google translator to communicate. We had a plugged toilet situation and an air-conditioning situation. Each of these, we called it to their attention way early in the morning but by the time we came back, it still wasn’t fixed. They let us use the bicycles in front of the hotel once, but later days they removed the bicycles in order to not give it to us - at least that’s what it felt like.

Great location.

Cons:

Furniture a bit outdated. I asked the front desk if I can switch rooms because I was staying for 8 nights. My room was on the 2nd floor facing the back of other buildings. I wouldn't have mind if I was there for 2-3 night, but for 8 nights, I wanted a view. Well, the property never got back to me.

Pros:

ロケーションは抜群で、部屋も綺麗。
レイトチェックアウトは2時間で、500MXNと有料で対応してくれた。

Cons:

若いフロントスタッフ(英語会話可能)の対応が、アジア人やスペイン語を話せない客を見下している感があり、マナーを、感じられなかった。
部屋は清潔で、クリーニングスタッフも感じが良かったが、キッチンがあるので、食器やら簡単な調理器具が常設されていると良い。
1番困った点はwifiがほぼ効いていない。シムを買い足し買い足し使っていた。部屋も変えてもらったが、同じく使えないに等しい状況であった。スタッフにも言ったが、あまり真意に取り扱ってもらえなかった。
