Would only do it again if I had to.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Updated bathroom.

Cons:

Lobby needs a makeover. WiFi did not work. Room and bathroom layout bad and furniture dated. Hardly any storage. Very noisy as ground floor.

There were certainly stains on the walls, and the sheets were stained but seemingly clean. Bathroom likely had poor ventilation that caused a mildew smell and the shower (we didn’t use) but was it sealed proper. Bugs in the bathroom scared the heck out of me in the middle of the night. It is noisy but right by msg so expected.

No staircase. Very thin walls can hear people banging doors so loud and traffic outside. Room was Tiny couldn't open the door properly as my suitcase was there but no other place to put it

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Staff was not at desk allot. We left airpod pros behind by accident and staff has them and is using them. They will not ship or mail them. Cockroaches in bathroom

Was welcoming and a great place to stay if you’re looking to go to Madison Square Garden!
Pros:

I liked how close it was to the venue! It also was very welcoming and organized well. I took a train into the city for a concert and was able to be right down the street. The property was also welcoming from staff to how clean the room was.

Cons:

Maybe adding a feature to the light when detecting movement it goes on. The only part I noticed was after around a half hour my light would be off.

Can't beat the price for the location.
They held our bags after checkout while we explored before our flight.
Management was attentive.

Cons:

Stairs, we were on the 4th floor with no elevator but that's just how the building is.
Bathrooms were a little janky but functional

Cheap room, comfy bed, good location
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, the gentleman at check in brought my heavy suitcase up

Cons:

No elevator, no amenities for refreshments, booked a queen room and got a double with the bathroom sink in the actual room and not the bathroom. Wifi spotty. Broken door lock.

Exceptional value when you value Amtrak access over luxury.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always feels good to support a family business. Location for Amtrak access is unmatched. Exceptionally good value, especially for quick trips where train access makes getting in and out of the city easy.

Cons:

Many things could have been better, sure. But I paid well under two hundred for a hotel, last minute, next door to Penn Station. Amenities could have been nicer or newer; the bathroom was cramped. But I prefer the value over shiny counters.

Otima localizacao, otimo para uma viagem de visita rapida.
Pros:

A localizacao e perfeita, muito proximo da Times Square, ponto de Metro proximo e outros pontos essenciais. O quarto foi basico mas essencial, o banheiro poderia melhorar. A cama muito confortável, atendeu as expectativas.

Cons:

A questao da area de banho poderia melhor assim como o sistema de agua quente, houve um pouco de problema no primeiro dia, depois foi providenciado ajuste, porem poderia ser melhor.
