Buena ubicación con posibilidad de mejora en algunos puntos.
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a distancia corta a pie de la mayoría de las atracciones de Nueva York.

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño, la habitación no era limpiada si no se pedía previamente, la iluminación de la habitación no era cálida, no tenía espejo de cuerpo completo.

nice spot for couple of days
Pros:

great location, walking distance to time square and piers, near Penn metro station, room size was small but good for solo traveler

Cons:

Girl in reception it not suitable for this job, she is always in bad mode and had communication skills issue, no elevator, bed sheets are not clean

Plumbing disasters
Pros:

The owner was at the desk when we checked in. He was kind and offered great parking advice. The location of the hotel was ideal for our traveling purposes.

Cons:

Our room was filthy and we did not have a working bathroom. The toilet didn't flush regularly. The sink was clogged during our entire stay. The shower dripped all night long and water leaked out of it so the floor was soaking wet all weekend. We didn't even shower all weekend because of the bathroom issues, which was gross. We reported the issues to a staff member and nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Excelente localização, a cama é confortável e a pressão/temperatura da água muito boa. Um bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto deixa muito a desejar. Nos 5 dias de estadia não limparam o quarto nenhuma vez e nem trocaram as toalhas e lençois de cama. O barulho dos aredores também é intenso, chegam até a disponibilizar protetor auricular na recepção.
