In need of some TLC
We had the best week! Great dining available, but rooms were equipped if you wanted to cook and eat in. Pool was hardly used by others, felt like it was our private pool. Only suggestion would be taller chairs on balcony- view was perfectly obstructed by railing. Views were amazing.
We enjoyed the location and view! It was walking distance to John's Pass.
The dryer took forever to dry a medium load of laundry.
Great area. Great amenities. Very convenient parking. The place is really nice. Older property but well maintained. Nice pool and beach access. I would stay again for sure. Plenty of room and everything you need.

The location is excellent
first condo i ever stayed at where their were no beach toys in it and you had to go to the office to buy a little box of soap powder and dryer sheets. Usually those have been provided for at least two washes.
Location. Location. Location! Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Located 1 block away from shopping/dining/tourist area. John's Pass on Madeira Beach. It's a timeshare and has a full kitchen and washer/drier.

Absolutely slap bang on the beach! Gorgeous area. Very nice and clean pool area and facilities around it such as grill were kept extremely well. We had a two bed two bathroom apartment with an oversized deck, which was amazing and overlooks the sea, the building itself, and the furnishings, etc. are outdated, but kept very well so this didn’t matter that much
Very little bad to say about the property. The only comment being one of our sofas had a very bad stain on it and the place could really do with updating but for the price on the location it was amazing hence the five stars.
