Hotel Hacienda Ticum

Une halte a ne pas manqué si vous etes dans le coin ,un endroit vraiment charmant avec un excellent accueil et un tres bon restaurant.

We couldn’t get into the place. We arrived and there was no one anywhere on the property. Didn’t seem like there were any guests either. The reception was completely empty. It was very eerie and we drove far out of our way for this place. We left and had to drive all the way to Cancun. Worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had. Refund my money immediately please. Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs.
We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property.

Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape.

Our stay was a bit off of the normal etc Online it’s that check-in was until 12 AM but when we arrived at 10:15 nobody was there. We had to wait outside for 30 minutes and the pitch black and try and look for service to call. Through our entire stay there was no hotel reception so nothing was explained to us about breakfast or any other services etc. At one point the person from the restaurant we asked him if we could do some horses which ended up to be very different experience than he had explained etc.

Perfect stay beautiful place with amazing services. We will keep this place in kind as one of our favorite hotels.

5 Sterne Niveau bei Preis und Personal. Rest 3 Sterne. Ungepflegter Garten. Meiste Gebäude könnten einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Polster in Hauptpalapa total verschmutzt...Tip: Polsterüberzüge kann man auch mal waschen. Hauppool milchig trübe. Unsere Suite Nr 15 hatte Sitzecke ohne Tisch. Kein Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschiene ... ist das5 Sterne Niveau ? Terrasse vor der Suite ohne Sonnenschutz oder Sitzmöbel... den ganzen Tag in der prallen Sonne... also nicht benutzbar. Kurzum: eine herbe Entäuschung... frage mich wo die Top-Bewertungen herkommen Hatten 2 Nächte gebucht sind aber nach der ersten Nacht abgereist

Excelente servicio

Hacienda hotel precioso, cada detalle es único. La comida deliciosa.
Lo único que no nos gusto por poner algún pero es que el agua de la piscina no está climatizada.

Me encanto el hotel precioso te reciben con esmero la habitación muy bonita limpia sper comoda el restaurante muy rico.Super recomendado

Nos recibieron muy bien, excelente condiciones. Solo para la gente que no esta acostumbrada a bichos es complicado, sin embargo para estar en la mitad de la selva esta super!!!!

Nous avons vraiment été séduits par cette hacienda, un peu éloignée des sentiers battus… Excellent accueil du patron, un français et un excellent service. I nuit n'était peut-être pas suffisante...

A lovey place. It seems far away but is close to Merida. The Yucatán is more than beaches. The staff are kind and attentive.The food is really good.You can have a nice massage. Go to the nearby ruins.

A peaceful place to be and relax and appreciate the hospitality of Mexico.

Everyone and hacienda was beautiful, very peaceful and secluded. Food was great also

L’hotel Est très bien pour un séjour de deux trois jours afin de profiter du lieu. Tout est beau mais un peu loin pour les visites.
Le bémol : le petit dej inclus qui n’est vraiment pas au niveau

Peaceful. Hope it is kept that way. An spa in the future may be a good idea, as long as it stays quiet and prices don’t increase substantially.

Heerlijke plek op een prachtig gerestaureerde Haciënda . Wij hadden een mooie ruime kamer nr 2. Heerlijk groot bed. Kost wat maar dan heb je ook wat. Keuze uit 3 zwembaden. Aanrader.
