Pros:

Хороший отель, но Лондон славится чайными традициями. Здесь это не соблюдено.

Cons:

Не было не только чая или кофе,но и самих чашек для чая, пришлось несколько раз просить персонал принести мне хотя бы чашку. Персонал вежливо отвечал - да,сейчас.....но никто ничего не делал. После третьей просьбы и почти скандального тона с моей стороны- мне наконец принесли чашку и аж 2 пакетика чая на все дни.какая щедрость!!!!ни кофе,ни сахара....ни сливок,уж конечно,не было ни разу.

Нормально, але далеко не фонтан.
Pros:

Мені сподобалось що всюди килимове покриття, не чутно, як тарабанять валізи. В принципі, все чисто і більш менш нормально.

Cons:

Не сподобалось, що треба додатково платити за каву. Коли бронюєш номер зі сніданком, а потім неприємний сюрприз.
Мило в номері могли також поставити від Molton Braun, а не круглий брусок чогось, який неможливо відкрити.
Сніданок теж був не дуже, великий вибір, але враження, що лише турецька кухня. Не було панкейків, що дивно.

فندق من الخيال ، جميل جداً ، نظيف ومرتب مره ، موقع استراتيجي لزيارة المدينة ، فريق عمل رائع في الفندق من الاستقبال الى ا

فندق رائع جداً جداً ، فريق عمل رائع كلهم بلا استثناء من الاستقبال الى اصغر موظف فيه ،موقعه جميل قريب منك كل شي ما تحتاج الى اي موصلات ، المطاعم والبقالات والكافيهات وكل شئً حرفياً قريب منك كله مشي دقايق بسيطه الا وانت واصل للمكان الي تبغاه، وكذالك المعالم السياحية قريبة منك مثل ميدان أوروبا وكذلك نافورة نبتون وبرج الحرف ، والشاطئ قريب ، الفندق خيال ما راح تندم اذا سكنت فيها ، يوجد فيه كل شي من صرافة و مطعم وسبا وكل شي تحتاجه متوفر فيه ، والغرف نظيفة جداً متوفر فيها كل شي تحتاجه كذالك يوجد شطاف في دورة المياة

ممكن عشان موقعه موجود في قلب المدينة يوجد ازعاج بسيطة من السيارات والناس ولكن لا يكاد يذكر ، التكيف ممتاز ولكن مزعج خاصة معا رفع درجة المروحة ويفصل دقائق بسيطة ويرجع يشتغل . ولكن انا بنسبة لي ماهي مشكلة بس حبيت اعرف الي بيحجز فيه
