Fabuloso para visitar Batumi y para relajarse y disfrutar

Todo: la ubicación, el servicio, las instalaciones. Pero lo que más me gustó y agradeceré eternamente es su spa y las gran profesionalidad y maravillosa atención de Irina en la limpieza profunda en el hammam y el masaje fabuloso de Mazdia ( seguro que escribo mal el nombre. Mis disculpas). Gravias por todo de corazón.

Cons:

La bañera y dicha no funcionaban muy bien, pero me arreglé sin problema. Cuando pedí ayuda con algún problema enseguida lo resolvieron. En el desayuno me faltó más fruta.

Cons:

Terasta internet çekmiyordu ve içmediğim suyun parasını almaya çalışan bayan bir resepsiyonist vardı, odaya fre içecek su vb koyulmadı.

Good property poor staff
Pros:

They built a beautiful hotel in a great spot. Rooms are well appointed good sized rhe bathroom and decor are extremely well done.

Cons:

Staff they need to train their staff. I havent seen worse staff than this hotel with advertised parking and advised time of arrival we had to drive around in circles and then drag bags through streets Noone even at the front door to take bags. No training. No respect for hotel guests untrained staff knocks on the door at 2 am with a DND sign on to take signatures for a pizza ordered at 10:30pm waking us up. Breakfast is garbadge low quality rubbish and morning staff is also poorly trained to run breakfast service. A good property mismanaged to the max

Pros:

Yemekleri ve açık büfesi mükemmeldi odalar çok temizdi ve kaliteliydi

Cons:

Çevreye nazaran yüksek bir ücret ile rezervasyon yapmamıza ve kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapmamıza rağmen kahvaltının 11 e kadar olduğunu ondan sonraki öğünlerin 25$ olduğunu öğrendik.

Butik küçük 2 katlı bir otel.ben olanakları tüm ayrıntılılar ile anlatayım değerlendirmesini siz yapın.sabah akşam açıkbüfe konaklama seçeneği ile konakladım.sabah kahvaltısı vasatı aksamdan kalan salatalar bir kaç çeşit peynir.akşam yemeği açık büfesi faciaydı Birinci gün pilav makarna tavuk etli patates corba vardi ikinci gunde etli patates yerine nohut vardı.
Fakat şu dikkatimizi çekti casino için gelen müşteriye farkli tarife uygulaniyor sabah kahvaltısında onlar özel omlet vb söylerken aksam yemeginde pizza hamburger vb başka yemeklerden seçim yapiyorlardi.şaka gibiydi 5 yıldizli otelde paramızla ikinci sınıf muamelle gördük.
Tecrübelerime dayanarak yaziyorum bu paraya sahilde 50-60 katlı 5 yıldızlı tanınmış bir otelde kalmak daha mantıklı.
Aklima gelmişken çıkıs işlemi için lobide ayakta 5-10 dakika bekletiyorlar ki mini buzdolabindan bişey kulanılmış mı anlaşılsın diye o da ayrı bir rezillik
