Cons:

Me dejé una libreta de trabajo en la mesilla de la habitación y, después de más de diez correos electrónicos, han sido incapaces siquiera de enviarme unas fotos de las páginas, alegando que están muy ocupados. Lo más sorprendente es que actualmente están en temporada baja.

Además, el alojamiento da sensación de estar completamente abandonado. Nunca hay nadie en recepción; las llaves se recogen en un buzón y, si necesitas cualquier cosa durante la estancia, no hay nadie a quien acudir.

La falta de atención al cliente y de interés por ayudar tras la estancia ha sido muy decepcionante. Sin duda, no lo recomiendo.

Pros:

Great apartment, had access to a washer and dryer. Walking distance to town, had an issue with the car… offered late check out and another apartment over night if we were stranded

Great location, LOVELY, helpful staff, comfy beds and lounges

The apartment & facilities were lovely. We’d definitely stay again & would highly recommend this accommodation

Cons:

Possibly would be nice to have a recycling bin in the apartment to help separate waste.
There was a little coffee tea provided. Not enough for 1 per day. Considering there’s a full kitchen; Providing a small amount of salt and pepper & oil would have been a nice touch. We had to buy them which was ok… but due to their expense we decided to take them home.

Excellent getaway with a nice cosy hotel apartment in a great location

Close to tow centre. Extra clean and nice pool and spa. Very well equipped and nice coffee machine. Overall was an excellent experience thank you

Great base for a short or long stay.
Pros:

Comfortable one bedroom apartment within a 10 minute walk to central Byron and of course an easy walk to the beach. Modern feel, with a little gallery like kitchen and washing machine and dryer.

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable à Byron Bay, idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage et de l’amb
Pros:

Idéalement situé, c’est un très bel appartement, spacieux, douillet très bien équipé et surtout très propre.
Les notifications d’arrivée en cas d’arrivée tardive ou fermeture de la réception sont très explicites.
Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et reste disponible auprès de ses clients.
