Pros:

The friendly helpful staff!
They were helpful and willing to accommodate us.
Plus we got a ride to the airport
That was one of the reasons why we stayed there
Not so much for the pool as we didn't have time
But nice to know you have a pool 😉

Cons:

I had to change plans due to weather
So stayed an extra day
Booking.com gave me a good rate of $125.96
I thought I'd get about the same rate directly with you guys
But pay the total of $195.51

Comfortable stay with great beds and breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable stay overall. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There were quite a few noisy kids during our stay, but that’s not really something the hotel can control. Overall, a good experience.

I Slept Like A Baby!
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always experienced nothing but 5 /5 star treatments each time.
This stay was nothing short of amazing.
Upon check in the desk clerk informed me, that I was upgraded to the Suite Retreat.
The room consisted of a king sized bed, jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace and full kitchen. It even included bath robes.
The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the shower.
Thank you Home Inn & Suites for making my stay in Regina an absolute pleasure. Highly Recommended!!!

Worst stay ever!!!
Cons:

There was a mechanical noise either beside or under our room that kept us up all night. We could not sleep! We told staff about it multiple times and multiple staff members came in our room to hear the noise, but there was no effort made to try to stop the noise or help in any way. The noise was so bad that we never fell asleep until about 6:00am from shear exhaustion, then slept through our alarm and missed my kids sporting event. The worst stay ever in a hotel!!! And the room was run down and gross looking and the tub did not look like it had ever been properly cleaned. Because we used a third party booking system, it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get any compensation for our horrible stay and have still had nothing done about it. We paid almost $500 for 2 nights in a dirty run down room with noises that made it impossible to sleep, then switched to a room the next day that reeked like perfume. Not even close to worth the money! Worst experience ever!
