Pros:

I saw in website it was AC room.On check in they were telling it was Non-AC. In June month ,staying in Chennai in Non-AC will be unbearable. I dont know whether they clearly mentioned in allotment, the reception staff was also rude & did not guide any other hotel.Please remove Non-AC post or make it very bold letters.
