Great spot with a few issues
Pros:

Location, price, views, breakfast, helpful staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't really work, room smelled like marijuana, and we had no balcony chairs (although we later saw other balconies had chairs).

Best kept secret of the area.
Pros:

We enjoyed everything. The dining experience was better than expected, and had some of the best service I've had, along with really good food. Portuguese Stew as a started is highly recommended.

Cons:

The room was spacious and nice with lots of storage but all the hard floor made everything a little loud. The shower was a little awkward and faced out towards the middle of the tub.
