this was a late night booking. the staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Could use some nonslip decals on the floor of the tub. Can be slippery
My request for a ground floor room was honored. No bugs, and staff at front desk was very nice. I was exhausted from driving and was relieved they didn’t resell my room.
The floor in the room was so filthy it was black with dirt. The room reeked of some kind of incense that set off my allergies and made me a little ill but I got through it. One of the cleaning staff, a guy, reeked so heavily of cannabis that I nearly wretched when he walked past my room as I was loading my car. People working there should not be drug addicts. I was grateful for a room that allowed my dog but my home has never had a floor that filthy. Tbh, I paid nearly $200 for a filthy motel 6 level cold room. Again, owners were delightful but their cleaning staff, not the guy with a foreign accent but the heavyset cannabis reeking dude was just gross. Staff should not reek of drugs.
Very friendly service, everything was clean and comfortable.
My room was quiet. The shower was OK, but not great. The breakfast was OK, but not great.
The door to my room was very difficult to open. There were flies and a mosquito in my room, as well as a little frog. Once I cleared out the critters, I was able to relax a little bit. I won't be staying here again.
We checked in around 7 pm and the front desk person was so friendly and helpful.
