Lovely location, friendly staff would recommend to anyone visiting Khao San road

Pros:

Locația e foarte bună, camera destul de mare, personal foarte amabil și drăguț. Recomanda acest hotel pentru a petrece câteva zile lângă Khao San Road.

Cons:

Izolarea fonică este cam slabă. Se aud vecinii din celelalte camere și ușile de pe hol. Ușa de la balcon nu se putea deschide, probabil era defectă. Nu ne-a deranjat prea mult pentru că am explorat mai mult orașul. În concluzie, a fost un sejur frumos.

Comodidad y cercanía.
Pros:

Sobretodo su ubicación, está todo muy cerca y bien comunicado con muchos de los lugares de interés. Habitaciones confortables, personal amable y muy limpio. Volveremos al terminar nuestra ruta.

My overall experience was great. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The hosts, Justin and Jeck, were very polite and helpful and really made our stay even better. Special thanks to both of them.

Pros:

The suite itself was very well furnished and cozy. Not far from it, construction works were taking the place, but I couldn't notice them while being in my suite. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Three minor downsides:
1) No soap for hand washing at the bath room (I sticked with shower gel, but it felt a bit weird to wash hands with shower gel, not hand soap).
2) No TV in the suite.
3) I know it can't be changed, but the view from the suite wasn't very aesthetic.

Le meilleur rapport qualité-prix des hôtels fréquentés en Thaîlande.
Pros:

La gentillesse souriante du personnel.
L’extréme serviabilité de tous et de Mongkol en particulier.
Fruits et biscuits à disposition des clients, à l’accueil.
Au quotidien, le ménage impeccable, le renouvellement des bouteilles d’eau, du café et du thé.

Cons:

Le grand chantier de travaux d’extension du métro qui complique l’accés à l’hôtel.

Our second visit in Ratchadamnoen Hotel!
Pros:

We preferred Ratchadamnoen for a second time. I strongly believe that the customer service from the people at reception is the greatest advantage, they are always willing to help and have a smile on their faces!

Pros:

The location was good , just on the edge all the noise. The staff was very friendly. The place had everything that I needed , I enjoyed my stay there.

Cons:

No elevator but nice stairs . Easy access.
