Excellent hotel in delhi great rooms wifi fast would like to stay again here as the room and staff were both great and the hospitality is very fine

The hotel room are very comfortable as we expect. And there staff was very helpful and friendly. The room service was also good. Lot's of facilities was there. We stay for 3 days was memorable. Thanks for your hospitality. Please must visit there

Recently I visit hotel chanakya inn for some my business work i really hotel chanakya inn location and lobby design . Staff was very helpful and humble with great smile. The reception staff wad very nice they help me regarding direction. I tried 24/7 restaurant food was quite nice.

My experience with hotel chanakya inn and there staff is always really commendable specially with Mr. Naveen Kumar room are really clean and hygienic . They have all the facilities like parking , lifts , food n soft drinks , all the staff are really polite and helpful! Highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chanakya Inn near IGI Airport with my family. The hotel truly impressed us with its affordability without compromising on comfort. It just did not feel clean

This is a sleazy hotel n area. Do not go by the false positive 5 star reviews. Had to checkout 1 hr after checking in. The reception first misled by providing a smaller dirty room than what was booked. When challenged, they changed to a different room. Still opted to checkout without refund offered. Dirty both hotel n looks like oyo type activity goes on there. Not for families.

They have now rebranded their name as Hotel Chanakya Inn with fake positive reviews from Dec 2024, L 324, STREET NO-7, L BLOCK MAHIPALPUR NEW DELHI, Mahipalpur, New Delhi

Nothing like the pictures online. The reviews are fake. Buyers beware.

BE CAREFUL! This hotel is possibly running a shady scheme of using their good reviews to have customers book a room with them, but on check-in, they direct guests to one of their other hotels under the same management. Some of these other hotels are in quite bad shape, and people would not usually book with them. This happened to us, and we were sent to Hotel Devrana; then during checkout we found another pair of customers that were sent there from Hotel Chanakya's check-in desk. So, they do this regularly and run their entire hotel chain business off of some good reviews for one hotel.

Please be careful!! These guys are bad guys at this hotel. I made a booking at Kian Hotel which is joined to this hotel. Upon arrival in my taxi, I was greeted and upon showing my reservation for Kian Hotel I was escorted inside and was told that I must pay for the booking which didn't seem odd as it did say that on my Kian reservation. It was only when I checked my agoda account, when I saw my reservation for Kian had been cancelled, I questioned this at reception where the guy that checked me in began to look a big sheepish. At this point I knew there was something wrong. I went next door, to which I thought was the same Hotel, to question this and the kind Lady at Kian hotel told me that I will be charged for not arriving, when in fact I did but from this scamming hotel next door. I brought this up again at reception and the manager who checked me in (with my Kian hotel reservation) was like it didn't matter that he had try to scam me and told me not to worry as Koan wouldn't charge me for no show, when in fact they have. I understand that this is basic accommodation here but is terrible compared to the hotel I was supposed to stay in. Sheets dirty, I saw kitchen guy climb over breakfast buffet table putting his dirty shoes on the same table they are serving food. Also phone doesn't work in room, ac sometimes works. Bayhroom Sink has a leak on the outlet so used water goes straight on bathroom floor. Please be careful if you decide to stay here.

Not for families. Was not able to sleep

There is no parking facility in Hotel Chanakya Inn and the reception staff of the hotel is not good at all and the hotel staff does not have manners to talk to anyone, hence I request all the guests not to book this hotel i just give good suggestion

and room are very neat and clean .and i highly recommend this hotel .
and the entier team is very respectful and awesome bunch of the staff and everthing is the top standard nothing to much trouble and the decor thoughtout was lovely

Receptionist very unfriendly and impolite.

Worst hotel. Very bad experience. Very non cooperative staff. Front desk guys were worst. Rooms are of worst quality. All the Bathroom fittings are damaged. No proper water supply. Never book this hotel in any case. Food quality in restaurant is also very bad.

one of the best hotel and with a very good location! everything was absolutely awesome i extended my stay for two days great room service everything was just fine would love to get back soon to the same property again! made my first solo trip so memorable, there’s not a single thing which can be complained about here may it be security or anything important! very responsible hotel with everything included

I really comment on the food is warm tasted and fresh the service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and the beds were big too.

my experience was excellent here the environment was good. Food was also really good and the rooms are very clean and the rooms are spacious, the sensitization and the hygiene is well maintained.

Best hotel in new delhi.. Excellent service.. Awesome hotel management team work.. Supportive staff.. Food was super taste and good quality.. Luxurious hotel with best facilities..
