We spent 6 days in this Hotel in April/May. The whole staff was amazing, especially Bugra from Reception Staff made sure to accommodate us in every way possible. We enjoyed great Spa treatments and amazing food from the restaurant, room service was also excellent. I will definitely visit again, my go to hotel for business and leisure stays in Istanbul!

The best customer experience that anyone can get in Istanbul is in that hotel. From the check In and check out experience with the amazing Ugur at the front desk who was very welcoming, helpful, supportive, and most of all very kind. To the best breakfast with a lot of variety.

Trochu moc měkké matrace na spaní.
موقع الفندق حيث يقع بجوار مول مصغر يتوفر فيه اهم الاحتياجات اضافة الي ان الفندق من الطراز الحديث والمودرن وجميع الموظفين لديهم تعامل راقي خصوصا موظف الاستقبال BUGRA كان قمه في الاحترام ومثال للتعامل اللبق من حيث الاستقبال والترحيب والشرح .
