Pros:

Wonderful hotel. This is our second stay here. It is very clean, with comfortable rooms and highly professional staff. The location is excellent, adjacent to two malls and the Levent metro station, from which you can travel throughout the city. Taksim and the Grand Bazaar are just a few stations away.

Pros:

The room had an amazing view, It was really clean and cozy. Facilities were good and breakfast was amazing. It was quiet to sleep even located on the main road . Allover experience is great

Cons:

parking is a night mare . from the hotel are supposed to give you a ticket as you are actually parking in the parking of the mall . the ticket never works and the people responsible are rude and not adequate . I had to go back couple of times as no one gave an explanation what you do after 10 o cock when the main entrance is closed . They knew the tickets do not work but they did not seem to care . This is the only down point of this hotel but it can cause a lot of inconvenience

Персонал отличный - все отзывчивые, милые, предупредительные.
Завтрак, наверное лучший что у нас был в Стамбуле. И не только выбор огромный, но и все очень вкусное.
