Deactivated room key cards at 8am ???
Pros:

A good hot breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, waffles and eggs.

Cons:

Went for breakfast at 830 and when returning to our room, both our key cards didn't work. They shouldn't be deactivated till checkout at 11. The beds are advertised as 2 queen's. They are NOT queen beds. They are double beds. We had a queen at home and didn't sleep right ontop of each other like we did in this bed.

Cons:

Ceiling paint peeling in bathroom. Floor had water on it after showers- something is leaking. Room was very humid. Better places to stay. Should have asked for a discount. Will not stay here agai.

Harry and Visva (managers) provide a warm and inviting stay.
Pros:

The beds were very comfy and the facilities were clean. The rooms were big! The in-room microwave was a nice surprise. The management was excellent. Very accommodating. I needed a phone charger and Harry (the manager? ) had one right away! We will be going back.

Cons:

The pool area was in a bit of disarray. It could have been a bit warmer.
