Harry and Visva (managers) provide a warm and inviting stay.
Pros:

The beds were very comfy and the facilities were clean. The rooms were big! The in-room microwave was a nice surprise. The management was excellent. Very accommodating. I needed a phone charger and Harry (the manager? ) had one right away! We will be going back.

Cons:

The pool area was in a bit of disarray. It could have been a bit warmer.

Cheap Stay...and You Get What You Pay For
Pros:

The room was very clean.

Cons:

First, there was a stench in the hallway that was a cross between a dumpster on a 90 degree day and very strong body odor. Second, the sidewalk was covered in bird droppings. Third, housekeeping never cleaned the fridge. Spilled food and old drink cups were in it. Finally, unsupervised kids were running around and yelling in the halls until midnight.

The layout of the room

Cons:

The pool area has exposed wires. The shower at the pool is out right next to the pool. The bathrooms in the pool area are dirty and nasty. The spa was boarded up. No outside pool. There was water spots on the ceiling in the room. The mattress were very hard. The curtain in the room bathroom was a foot out from the tub so a ton of water went on the floor when showering. Someone im one of the rooms was smoke weeding and the first and second floors by door 4 smelled like it. Reported it to the front and guy walked down there and said he couldn't smell it. But there is no way he couldn't. The breakfast is much of a typical hotel breakfast. They had bread, cranberry juice, water, apple juice, cereal. They also has a waffle maker but the mix for it was sour and 👎 bad. We asked if we checked out a day earlier due to all the issue if we would get a refund for the second night. We were told no because we had pre payed for the 2 nights😤

Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very soft we also liked two beds

We like carpeted floors better the only cell phone cord hookup was on the back of the Tv
