Decent hotel in city centre
Pros:

Close location to everything,
Clean and comfortable large room,

Cons:

The staff seemed inexperienced and lacked professionalism.
The view outside the room from the window is not good.
Hotel over charging guests for the airport shuttle and the hotel drinks etc.
The breakfast bar focused on the presentation rather than the taste of food. Items could be less but better quality. Juices were stale.
Keep the tea ready in kettle for guests. Don't make them wait for a cup of tea.

Good value for money
Pros:

The hotel is well presented, the rooms are big and comfortable, the bed is very nice and the WC is also good.
Staff at the Hotel Restaurant are extremely nice and friendly.
The Spa at the hotel is also very good.

Cons:

Some reception staff do not speak good English which makes communication a bit difficult.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. I appreciated the excellent service, peaceful atmosphere and overall hospitality, which made my stay very pleasant.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the swimming pool, as it could do with a little more cleaning and maintenance. Apart from that, I had a lovely stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service.

The staff

Cons:

The pool was terrible, the buffet was bad, the entrance to the hotel was terrible. The room window looked inside the lobby and there was construction noises on the first floor all day, the elevators didn’t work.

El hotel es impecable , la tranquilidad luego de pasar la entrada es un oasis .

Cons:

Que la pileta y el gym cierra muy temprano. Y un poco difícil la llegada por la orientacion de la calle.

Very nice property especially for the price
Pros:

The junior suite is very spacious. Rooms look new and are very clean.
Bathroom fittings are new and well maintained.

Cons:

Located in a very crowded area. The views from the room are bad. If you keep the shades closed, the room is perfect.
The bathroom did not have any hooks to hang clothes and hand towels.

Cons:

The room a.c needs to be more quiet for better sleep. The temperature control should also be better. It sho2s something but actually temperature is different making it difficult to adjust specially while or before sleeping
