Pros:

Hotel was oprecht een lekkere accommodatie. Met voldoende luxe zoals je van een 5* hotel mag verwachten.

Cons:

Alleen het personeel mag wel een scholing klantvriendelijkheid volgen.

Zeker in het restaurant (zowel bij ontbijt als diner) meer met elkaar bezig dan de klant.

Waren kortaf en eigenlijk was het allemaal een beetje teveel terwijl het aantal gasten beperkt was.

This hotel is not worth 5 star. I don’t recommend this hotel to stay. Cost performance is bad.

Reception staff attitude and response was not pleasant.
Restaurant food was too spicy for foreigners and there was not variety of food which we wanted to eat in buffet.
WiFi didn’t connect in the morning of check out day. I asked to repair to staff but finally not responded.
