They were rude on the phone even before I booked. Then I sent over 10 colleagues to them, and when I accidentally booked an extra night on one reservation and asked if I could use the cost of that night on a new booking, they flatly said no, without even a little consideration or a discount... This lack of flexibility has made me decide I won't send colleagues there again. Al telefono sono stati sgarbati già prima di prenotare. Poi ho inviato oltre 10 colleghi da loro e quano in una prenotazione ho prenotato per errore una notte in più e ho chiesto se potevo usare il costo di quella notte su una nuova prenotazione mi hanno detto seccamente no, senza neanche una piccola attenzione o uno sconto. questa poca flessibilità mi ha fatto pensare che non invierò più colleghi là.

I am absolutely thrilled with this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, putting us right in the heart of everything while still offering a peaceful retreat. Every single corner of the property was spotlessly clean, and our room was kept immaculate throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the amazing staff; everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely polite. Their responsiveness was top-notch, always happy to help with a huge smile and quick solutions to any request. Sicherlich keine Luxusherberge, aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und das Personal war sehr zugewandt.
Pros:

Das fließend englisch sprechende Personal, alles was uns nach Caldas da Reinha zog, war fußläufig zu erreichen.
