Hotel lumayan bagus dan kamar agak luas untuk hotel transit bandara
Hati-hati untuk Shuttlenya ada jam jam khusus yang ditentukan oleh pihak hotel, jadi tidak bisa setiap saat pake shuttle hotel untuk antar jemput bandara. Udah gitu untuk Shuttlenya hanya 1 mobil kecil, jadi kalo anda rombongan mau gak mau harus pesan transport sendiri untuk antar jemput bandara, saran saya ke hotel kalo emang gak niat ngasih fasilitas shuttle mending gak usah sama sekali, daripada mengecewakan pelanggan.
Anda memberi nama hotel dengan embel2 Airport, itu artinya fokus anda sebagai hotel transit bandara, maka seharusnya fasilitas shuttle bandara yg mumpuni itu wajib sebagai hotel transit bandara, bukan setengah2 begitu, ada atau tidak sama sekali!

not worth the money, it is not close to the airport, its a 30 minute drive to the terminals
There's lots of changes at the Airport , more organized, taxis service has been relocated to another location but still nearby, most of the staff knows me well and they are all friendly and polite all the time
I've been staying in this hotel for many times, nothing that i dislikes, most of the staff knows me well but only one thing that don't like is the traffic congestion .If possible the shuttle service should meet customer request timing or should give extra 30mins graze period of waiting time.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kyriad Airport Hotel Jakarta. I would like to give special appreciation to Ms. Desy for her outstanding service. She was very friendly, attentive, and professional in assisting guests. Ms. Desy helped me with breakfast and kindly recommended the most delicious food available, which made my morning even better.
Her hospitality, warm attitude, and willingness to help truly reflect the high service standards of the hotel. She made me feel comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. Thank you, Ms. Desy, for the excellent service. Keep up the great work!
I definitely like the treatment by the staffs, they're very professional and polite. They're also very helpful. The airport shuttle is a great help too and a big plus point.
We requested for the non smoking room yet was given the floor which was specifically for smoking rooms. We also requested four our room to not be cleaned and yet when we came back to the hotel at 4:00, there was a cleaning staff cleaning our room. The room is quite small for two people to walk around the room but for those who just want to come back to the hotel to sleep, should be no problem. The hygiene around the hotel can be fixed more.
