Nothing
The staff were welcoming and the room is of decent size. beds were comfortable and overall a nice place to stay for a night or two. I previously seen a few comments about plates being in the hallways, but i can assure cleaners were cleaning these up as they went along, that is not a hotel issue more a guest issue of leaving them outside if there is not a cleaner around.
The pool could have done with more seating and overall atmosphere, but the hotel seemed quiet quite in general so maybe i visited in an empty period.
It’s convenient, close to the airport
Very disappointing experience. I booked the accommodation through Booking.com for my parents, with payment to be made upon arrival, so I expected the reservation to be honoured.
When my parents arrived to check in, they had to wait for around one hour, only to be told that the room was being cancelled. This was extremely frustrating, especially after I had already made the booking online and my parents were left waiting for so long.
The whole situation was poorly handled and caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for my parents. A confirmed booking should be respected, and if there is an issue, guests should be informed and assisted promptly.
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected.
Run down, towel and bed sheets have seen better days
