Rowntree Seaview Holiday Flats small double room with no view

Love every minute as we booked in because there was a cancellation for the flat upstairs the offer us it and we said yes for an extra coat but I would do it again lovley see view from the flat cant go wrong.
I owner is so lovely show you to your room and gose though everything with you worth the money.

Free parking, good location, low floor.

Great location. Right on the seafront

Good value for money. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. The host was great. Let us check in early. Changed payment method when I had issue doing bank transfer. Let us leave our luggage after checkout due to a late train journey home.

Great location it was small but did the Job

Had to book last minute due to the hotel I was being in being bankrupt!

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, lovely, comfortable little apartment, and the land lady was incredibly nice, polite and attentive.

I would definitely stay there again without hesitation, and the location couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

Property has an amazing view and a great location. Parking was good as long as you could get a space (not the hotels fault, its look of the draw).
Negatives was the layout of the room. We had the top floor, which involves lots of stairs including a horrible spiral staircase to the summit.
The view is great but windows were filthy and you had to stand to appreciate the view. From the sofa you saw nothing but sky.
Lounge and kitchen were ok but the bedroom was too cramped. It really doesnt need the bunk beds and the double bed is small compared to king size beds at most places. The layout is awkward and the fire door closer on the bedroom door is annoying.
Bridlington was a nice place to visit though and maybe the rooms on the lower floors might be different.

Great location clean well equipped flat fabulous views comfortable beds even though you are provided with a residence parking permit it’s limited first come first served we had to drive round the property for a hour waiting for a space we were assured it was usually ok on entry to the property the first thing what struck us was the smell it was a very fusty old damp smell masked by lots of air fresheners we entered the flat which was clean but the smell from the bathroom was sickly it smelled like someone with an extremely bad case of the runs had used it it was that bad we could not eat in there it was there constantly throughout our stay there we had to eat out we were told it was the warm weather which caused the bathrooms in all the toilets to smell again lots of air fresheners around to try and mask the smell

I was made extremely welcome upon arrival. Shown to my room an everything was explained clearly. I was assured with people to contact if I had any issue but I had no issue at all during my stay. It is clean, welcoming, a fantastic location. I look forward to re visiting.
