The water was hot in the shower, that was the only good thing.

Cons:

It had an extremely strong moldy scent in the room, clearly there was mold present. The bed sheets and pillow cases did not appear clean, I had to spread a towel to lie down on. I did not sleep at all that night, it was a terrible experience! No microwave in the room, couldn’t prepare something warm to drink.

Stay away, this hotel is a scam

Location was kind of ok.

Cons:

First of all, the rooms do not look like the pictures in booking.com, they are way worse.
Then on arrival they their access to booking was off so they couldn’t check my reservation.
They charged me more than what I had booked on booking.com, I tried to speak to a manager in the morning but they were now her to be found, I left my contact details and 2 weeks after they haven’t contacted me, so please stay away of this property.

Pasable para una noche.

El lugar es céntrico, el área del restaurante /cafetería, me agradó al retirarme la persona que me ayudó con mi maleta y la Sita, en recepción amable y deseando un feliz viaje (fotos adjuntas) y mucho me gustó el taxista el Señor Edgar que habla bien de Ustedes y los refiere en especial al dueño como buenas personas y es muy leal, aunque yo le comenté que no me gustaron algunas cosas del lugar y su descuido él dijo que se lo comentaría para mejorar, lo sentí muy comprometido y dispuesto atender con amabilidad muy confiable y segura con su servicio.

La habitación y el baño descuidados, mucho ruido en el pasillo de personas hablando fuerte, cuando desee un café baje, pensando que la cafetería estaba abierto y no, solo una máquina que no funcionó correctamente, el servicio muy básico y poco atento el de recepción a mi llegada, sólo al siguiente día la señorita amable igual en la cafetería podrían tener más amabilidad HOSPITALIDAD con los huéspedes y cuando uno llega dejar de usar el celular y atender de mejor manera atenta y cordial, yo en mi profesión me dedico a la capacitación y liderazgo de servicio a eso llegue a Punta Cana y realmente por estar de paso alguien de allá me los refirió por cerca y accesibles a mi ida para Punta Cana, luego Puerto Plata pero siento que sí deben cuidar los detalles con los huéspedes, ser más atentos y hospitalarios y para hacerlo sentir a uno bienvenido. para una noche uno lo deja pasar, más noches lo evalúa.
