I added the card and sent the hotel a message that they must charge the agency’s card, yet they still requested payment from the guest and igonor our card and message. Unprofessional!

Mala experience en habitacion

Que nos resolvio y nos cambiaron de habitacion a una de menor categoria pero resolvieron

Cons:

Que la habitacion estaba sucia, no era la habitacion que habia reservado y el parqueo no hay como reservarlo, no te dan té

Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Frühstück geht gar nicht. Sehr, sehr laut in den Zimmern, durch Baustelle genau nebenan. Alles sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern.

Never again!

The water was hot in the shower, that was the only good thing.

Cons:

It had an extremely strong moldy scent in the room, clearly there was mold present. The bed sheets and pillow cases did not appear clean, I had to spread a towel to lie down on. I did not sleep at all that night, it was a terrible experience! No microwave in the room, couldn’t prepare something warm to drink.

Stay away, this hotel is a scam
Pros:

Location was kind of ok.

Cons:

First of all, the rooms do not look like the pictures in booking.com, they are way worse.
Then on arrival they their access to booking was off so they couldn’t check my reservation.
They charged me more than what I had booked on booking.com, I tried to speak to a manager in the morning but they were now her to be found, I left my contact details and 2 weeks after they haven’t contacted me, so please stay away of this property.
