Good value and location
Pros:

Location of the hotel is quite good. A few minutes walk from the Malecon and about 15 minutes walk to the Colonial Zone, although I wouldn't like to make the walk by myself late at night. Hotel is well equipped with a lift (elevator) and good value. There is a basic breakfast.

Nice place, nice location, nice staff, I'll stay again
Pros:

Located in an area where I have stayed many times, in different hotels/hostels, and this was a fairly quiet neighborhood. The place is bright and cheery, and it's location allowed easy access to the malecon, Plaza Juan Baron, and the park next to it, as well as a short (8 blocks) walk to Parque Independencia, and El Conde. The breakfast and coffee was very good, and the staff were as well. I'd stay again
