素晴らしかった。
Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。また混んではいたが、案内がスムーズで助かった。部屋も清潔で申し分なし。スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよかったです。非常に満足。

A very pleasant stay overall!
Pros:

Excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya Main Station. The room facilities were great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious.

Cons:

The pillow and duvet were not very comfortable for sleeping, which was a little disappointing for a five-star hotel. There is definitely room for improvement in the bedding quality to better match the hotel’s overall standard.

Check in 過程緩慢，大排長龍的狀態下已經心情不是很好，然後接待櫃檯員工面無表情，就是照章形式走流程，彷彿面對的是公務人員，就像在公家機關辦事情一樣。 對比我五天前在名古屋JR車站附近住宿的JR Gatehouse hotel的前台員工熱情笑容，差距極大！ 真不知道萬豪酒店的員工在跩什麼？
