もう少し長くお部屋に滞在したかった
Pros:

直前にファミリールームに変更しました。大人4人で洗面所、風呂、トイレも２か所、TVも大画面、部屋も広く、全員スーツケースを広げるのに困りませんでした。チェックインも3時前に入室させていただき、朝食ブッフェ付でライブ翌日、お腹いっぱい食べて、食事も小さなドーナッツもとても美味しかった。会員だった頃はツインルームしか利用したことがなかったので、また名古屋に行く機会があれば利用したいと思いました。

Cons:

チェックインの際に料金現地支払いにしてあったのに、入金支払い済みと言われこちらが焦ってしまいました。新人さんだったのかな？

Visit the Sky Lounge. Wonderful.
Pros:

We stayed at this property twice, either side of a trip touring Japan. The first time in a twin room (beds pushed together) and the second in a King, which we believed to be an upgrade. The twin room was fine; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for our brief time spent in it. The king however was comically small. You had to climb over the bed to get to the window side. Perhaps we were just unlucky. The room attendants and front reception staff were friendly and attentive.
The hotel itself is a big, business type hotel above the train station. The convenience of this location can not be underestimated. It was very simple to catch our trains and if you didn't want to go far in the evening, there were plenty of resturant options in the complex, particularly the adajacent tower. The standout of the hotel itself however was the top floor sky lounge area. The views are spectacular and the prices very reasonable. Not to miss. The restaurants we tried in the complex were fantastic too and such a variety.
If you are passing through Nagoya, this hotel is a solid transit option or base.
