Great location, not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

Very convenient location in the Nagoya station complex.

Cons:

Room layout was not for 2 people, only one bedside table and light, the other side of the bed was 10 cm from the wall. Overall not a 5 star hotel.

This is probably the best location / hotel to stay in when in Nagoya. Super convieniant for everything.

Great location, efficient services
Pros:

Staff is friendly and efficient when taking care of high volume of customers. Daily cleaning was spotless. The location is great for traveling and shopping. I wish I stayed here a 2nd time instead of my other hotel booking after returning from my short trip to Shizuoka.

Cons:

There are multiple ways to access the lobby by elevators, from train station or department store or shopping mall. Directions can get a bit confusing if my family had not been here before.

Pros:

Location is excellent, and there are signs in the station so very easy to find.
Luggage storage service is nice, you can choose to pick it up at upstairs or downstairs.

今回　予約した時の部屋の写真と実際の部屋、ソファーが無かったりしてて、かなりショックでした…
ソファーがいいなぁと感じて予約したのに、実際は無かった。
これじゃあ、スタンダードの部屋と変わらないじゃんと感じてしまってすごくショックでした…

Luxury and Convenience at readonable price.
Pros:

I booked for the closeness to the public transport, but it has a gorgeous array of amenities. I loved the gym and views and coffee maker. The room itself was comfortable, and the array of food options was excellent.

Cons:

The breakfast food was so-so in the taste department, though the variety was extensive.
I would have liked a 24 hour store or conbini in the hotel, so i did't have to venture out if i did not want to.
