It was super close to the cute town. Though our room was small, it had everything we needed. Every space was well thought out. The used of the kitchen and sitting area was a great addition.
the size of the 2 main rooms
size of bathroom - description of what I booked and what I got were entirely different. It said tub/shower. We had a small shower, without any adjustability of the shower head so the water was in my face the whole shower. The teeny tiny sink was so small couldn't even get my small hands all the way under the faucet. The only horizontal surface to set anything on was a small shelf above the sink that was half occupied by the soap and lotion dispensers. No facial tissue provided. The bed was high and difficult to get into without a step but the worse part was the bedside tables were to low for the height of the bed. Lack of plugs near bed on one side, had a single USB A charger, and no available wall plugs. Most chargeable devices are USB C.
Breakfast and location were excellent
Good location nice quick walk to town and beach. Great concierge staff who were very helpful. Beds are decently comfortable.
Tv remote didn’t work, sheets and duvet had multiple stains and housekeeping didn’t change them until the 3rd night of our stay. Trash was also not emptied from the room. Walls are really thin so if you’re below guests who are hiking at night or catching the Cadillac Mtn sunrise, might want to use earplugs.
The furnishings like shower curtain and pillowcases were cheap from target. Was expecting a little more high quality for the price point.
Close distance to restaurants and water
There were bricks that were lose that caused me to trip
Queen Ann’s was such a fun place to stay. The theming was perfect for summer, or for a fall/winter stay. It was very quaint and the room was beautiful. We couldn’t hear anyone around us. The staff we met were all incredibly nice as well.
The parking is very tight. Large vehicles would not do well here. There weren’t any open spots in the front of either building one night so we had to stop and ask the person in the lobby where to park. Luckily they had a few more spots in the back but we wouldn’t have known they were there unless we had gone in to ask.
Good location, easy to walk into Bar Harbor and explore. Parking was convenient and staff were good.
The images of the room did not represent the reality. The room we received was much worse than their website photographs. we only had a sliding glass door for security, and the room / bathroom felt very dingy and poorly finished. We felt totally bamboozled.
No coffee pot in room
The location is absolutely perfect. Walkable to everything. The house is beautiful. Parking was easy. The aesthetic was great and we especially loved the coffee and tea station being open all hours. Having a hot tea after a long travel day was so nice!
The pillows and mattress were outdated. Most of the staff was truly wonderful but we did encounter one very unhappy person who was a little rude.
Walkable to the harbor and close to Acadia entrances. Clean hotel. The Black Spot Rum Bar was fantastic and great atmosphere!
The rooms. Although clean, could be updated for a better experience.
Very nice property, bigger than we expected. Room was really nice, good size bedroom with a nice sitting room and cool decor. Liked that they had an insight rum bar.
Bathroom was a bit small and hard to navigate, shower was tight and no sink space.
Parking was tricky because parking lot was tight and tough to navigate. Someone hit our car while we were there and scratched it. Didn’t leave a note. Not the property’s fault but probably wouldn’t have happened if parking was easier.
The location was great! Very walkable to downtown. The room size was perfect.
