Pros:

深夜でもお風呂に入ることができた。

Cons:

チェックアウト時間の厳守がかなり厳しめです。
事前にチェックアウト時刻を過ぎた時の説明はされますが、とてもサラッと触れる程度。少しでも遅れたら、延長料金？でいくら取りますと言って欲しかったです。
チェックアウトを守れないこちら側がいけませんが、料金発生なんてそんなに取られるとは知らずにチェックアウトしました。もっとしっかり伝えて欲しいです。化粧する場所は限られてるので、中々使えないから順番待ちなので間に合わせるには他の宿泊者にも注意して準備をした方がいいです。

初博多
Pros:

共用部分で釜山オタク女子3人との話が楽しかった。
女子フロアーは外の喧騒とは無縁の静けさ。
26時間営業MOSバーガー、遅くまで開いているスーパー、銀行、高島屋が近い。

Cons:

夜到着。良くなかったと言うよりビックリした😅 心の準備がないままに歌舞伎町のど真ん中に出た感じ。
外国人が多く泊まっているせいか、靴や荷物が通路に出ていた。韓国での火事もあり、スタッフの見廻りやチェックイン時の注意喚起が必要と思います。

추천하는 코인호텔
Pros:

직원들이 매우 친절하며 시설이 좋습니다. 위치도 매우 좋으며 돈키호테가 같은 건물에 위치해있습니다. 예민한 편이 아니라면 가격도 저렴한 편이니 묵는 것을 추천드립니다.

Cons:

방음이 잘 안되며, 발소리가 크게 들립니다. 문닫는 소리가 꽤 큽니다. 대욕탕에 물질이 떠다닙니다. 공용공간은 매우 조용합니다.

地點很方便，就在地鐵某出口樓上
衛生間洗澡化妝區域，每一小時都有服務人員來維持整潔
環境維持很乾淨
睡覺的區域沒有人會交談，很棒
櫃檯服務人員服務親切
連續入住多日，每天有新的毛巾更換，拖鞋牙刷等備品也都有
交誼廳有提供熱水及微波爐

Cons:

床真的太硬，很難睡
空調入夜後有點冷，棉被不夠暖
睡眠區域隔音很差
隔幾床有人打呼都聽的到

Great location but no private showers
Pros:

Location is great - it's in the building directly linked to Nakasukawanata station which is in between Hakata and Tenjin. You have a donki, kura sushi, drugstore and supermarket just a lift down.

Cons:

The shower is not private. If you can't get naked in front of others, this is not the place to book. You technically have to change in a common area before getting into the public bath. There's only one enclosed shower room but there's no wet-dry separation. The bed was a bit hard too.

グレードのよい簡易宿泊施設。でもやっぱりホテルではない。

ビジネスキャビンは1人で泊まるなら十分な広さ。安いホテルよりむしろ快適

簡易宿泊施設はどれもそうだが、寝ている間に誰かに侵入されないだろうかとか、周囲の宿泊者の寝息(いびき)や臭い(飲んでる人)が気になる。

Pros:

お部屋もカプセルホテルですが綺麗で快適でしたし、なにより大浴場があるのが嬉しかったです。ラウンジも広かったし、男女分かれてるので安心でした。
場所もとてもよい場所なので便利でした。また利用したいです。

Cons:

ちょっとだけ、お風呂場が寒かったです。
