Calangute Residency Annexe

Rooms r full of dampness , in bathroom taps current flow dangerous to life
Internal phone does not work
Before going contact hundred times on nos flash on line n in my booking but these r false no came to know on arrival not updated since last 4 months

It's a budget hotel. Well-shaped according to price they charge for an AC Room near beach.

It's a decent hotel for the price they offer. Would have appreciated if they could provide clearner bedspread and towels. Overall good stay.

I am a senior citizen stayed there for 5 nights. I am very disappointed about the room comforts particularly about the toilets and bed. In the toilets exit drainage pipe of basins were choked. W.C is having without telephone shower . Bed mattress are very old and very hard with very old bed sheets. No proper maintenance of the whole system. Goa Tourism is charging very high and very much neglecting the tourist, Such things are very dangerous. Higher officials should take note of the state of affairs. Kindly take up suitably with the higher hotel officials and obtain their reply

The clenliness is bad.No room cleaning if you are staying more than 2 days.Air in poor condition.I had a horrible experiance

Overall very good . but only thing is blankets are just bedsheet type.

VERY NEAR TO BEACH AND OVERALL STAFF AND OTHER HOSPITALITY IS VERY GOOD. MOREOVER BUSES FROM THIS HOTEL WERE BEING ARRANGED FOR SIGHT SEEING THE GOA , NORTH AND GOA SOUTH TOUR. VERY LOVELY EXPERIENCE OVERALL STAYING IS VERY GOOD.

Though i was having reservstion through expedia the staff was not ready to Give accomodatuon
After nearly 4 hrs and lot of debate i got it

Obviously it's quite a good experience with Colangute Annexe Hotel which is very near to the Calangute beach. I along with my wife ( not newly married) stayed there between 5th to 8th Nov, 2014.Frequent visit at least 3-4 times to the beach could have been possible because of it's excellent location. Constant supply of Cold aquaguard water is also to be mentioned, leave aside the cleanliness which is maintained of course by knocking at the counter.

Value for money. Room was good but the places outside the room such as lobby and reception were not clean and their ambience was bad. Hotel is very near to the calangute beach and the location is crowded.

The hotel is good. Best part it is just 100 mtr from Calungate beach.
Nearby you have all shops where u can do shopping. Also 2 whlr and 4 whlr on hire are available just outside the hotel.
Also all buses are going from here only.

It WS a pretty relaxing time at calungute for 2days. Calungute residency annexe is good hotel. We stayed in non-ac double room. It was good clean room . But TV channels quality were of very poor quality. Blankets were not provided and when we asked they replied that it doesn't come in package which is never mentioned in website. It WS agood stay
