Pros:

Hotel położony blisko stacji S- i U-Bahn Friedrichstraße. Wokół sporo lokali gastronomicznych. Pokój przyjemny na szóstym piętrze z balkonem. Ładny zachód słońca. Śniadania codziennie takie same, ale wybór wystarczający na trzy, cztery dni. Miły personel.

Cons:

Nie działały windy, ale można było korzystać z windy dla obsługi hotelu.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, and refreshed to a high standard each day - huge credit to the cleaning team. All the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was in a great location.

Cons:

I was not too pleased with having a courtyard view from my room, especially after upgrading. The elevator situation was slightly annoying; one was already out of action when we arrived, and a 2nd one broke down during our stay.

Altogether nice stay, despite a few small issues. The location was great for exploring in the city.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, and the room clean, though not especially cozily furnished. There was enough space for two people and luggage, and the bed and pillows were good. The staff was friendly and humorous, and clearly tried their best.

Cons:

We had an unfortunate situation of second elevator of three breaking down during the stay. It looked like the first one had not been operational for longer time. Though they tried to mend this by letting the guests also use the staff elevator, it was rather uncomfortable, since there weren't stairs either. My friend who had booked a regular room instead of superior, also reported there was nearly no space around the bed to put the luggage, so that might also be worth concerning when booking a room.

Excelente ubicación. Instalaciones muy cómodas. Buena y variada la opción del desayuno! Lo recomiendo para instancias largas.

Fijn hotel voor een paar dagen Berlijn
Pros:

Lokatie + Prima sanitair, ontbijt, bar en ook fietsenverhuur was handig!

Cons:

2 van de 3 liften werkten niet waardoor er veel wachttijd was.
Traplopen is geen probleem maar de trap was niet handig ontsloten. Bovendien met bagage zijn 4 etages best ver.
Verder is de optie om de kamer niet schoon te maken niet regelbaar per dag maar geldt gelijk voor je hele verblijf! Ook handdoeken worden dan niet ververst, ook al hang je het kaartje aan je deur.

Excellent location, facilities and vibes. Could improve mattress quality.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Very quiet given how central it is. Nice reception/lobby with free water/snacks/apples. Shower pressure was very good.

Cons:

Rooms were bit smaller than expected. The only thing that was genuinely bad (for someone with back problems) were the mattresses and how easily the (twin) beds would slide from their place to create a gap between them.
