Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.

Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice venue undermined by unhelpful receptionist staff.

Comfortable rooms and good location.

Cons:

Rude, dismissive and unhelpful reception staff who appeared like they couldn’t care less. Was promised the manager would contact me during our stay and didn’t.

Booked this property on the basis it had a gym which turned out to be closed upon arrival. Literally told to go elsewhere if it wasn’t acceptable. Hotel could have messaged guests to let them know in advance it was closed.

Great stay at a super venue
Pros:

The room was very clean and tidy, staff were helpful and the food was great in the restaurant staff were brilliant too.

Cons:

Maintenance, the doors have been bashed and are marked and damaged, first impression was tainted by the entrance stair well that was smelly

Very noisy hotel well past a refurbishment.
Cons:

Bathroom:- Floor had large stain on floor. Door handle broken. Part of door surface missing. Mould on ceiling.
Bedroom:- windows dirty on outside. Dirty grey box on wall outside bedroom window. No opening for fresh air
Noise:- groundwork’s outside very noisy from 8 am. Fire alarm test at 9 am
Photographs can be supplied to support dissatisfaction.
