Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great hotel great location view from room was beautiful with tower sticking up over the bottom stand bar & restaurant first class great choice of beers food & beverage even had 25% off top team at the hotel staff were all brilliant will be back
Homemade chips at lunch would of sealed the 10/10 but food was still great!

Beds were very comfortable. Staff were really good. Loved the view out over the pitch from our room and the bar.
Bit of a pain trying to get in the main entrance.
It was a family room but when we got there at 6pm the sofa bed wasn't made up and no bedding for the children. Asked for it and told it would be brought immediately, we then went out for our evening meal as we had a reservation and assumed it would be in the room when we returned. Got back to the room at 10pm still no bedding and 2 tired kids. Had to look for a night porter to ask again for bedding which he knew nothing about (he was very helpful though!) It was almost 11pm by the time we had the bedding and had it on the bed for the kids. Second issue we booked on a football fixture weekend - which we had no idea about and were not advised about any restrictions either before arrival or on arrival. Paid up front for 2 nights parking, was not made aware when I left the car park the next morning for my daughters comp that I would not be able to get my car back on the carpark as it had been cordoned off due to the football. So had to pay again for parking somewhere else! Then got back to the room - a stadium view, I booked this because I have an 9 year old son who likes footy. By this time the match I knew nothing about was in full swing! Great right?! NOPE....a steward knocked on the window and told is we had to shut the curtains?! On a room id paid for?! I dont think that is even legal to be honest! We were having an hour back at the room while we recharged before we went back out with the kids and to ask a family to sit in darkness in a room they have paid for is insane! Overall I would not recommend and would not stay again. If you are booking, consider all these points before!
