Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Good location; reasonable standard hotel in an unusual setting of the football club. Room was a good size and location. Hotel very dog friendly and welcoming staff.

Location and modern
Had to wait beyond 3pm to get in the room. Shower gel/ shampoo empty. Appears to be an issue with house keeping

The noise from the workmen in the football ground in the morning. Wasn’t aware of it and nothing was put on the website.

Large basic en suite room with a comfortable bed.
Room was very cold with window open and a-c running when I arrived.
Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming especially the woman who works the breakfast.
The breakfast is probably the best aspect of this hotel and is value for money and has a full english self served alongside bread/toast, fruit, cereal, drinks (hot and cold) etc.
Delayed check in - which is mental when you are a hotel and do not have the rooms ready.
My room did not have any body wash left in the bottle which they provide you.
The gym is poorly equipped and they either need to get rid or improve this.
Had dinner on the final night and was weird how we was told to sit anywhere and then go to the bar and order and other families/couples got table service?
Ended up checking out early and going home (5 hour drive btw)
Staff were very friendly and attentive, room clean and spacious, had a pitch view which our son loved. Restaurant clean and modern, food delicious, bonus points for the darts board which my partner and son enjoyed using on an evening whilst we relaxed with a drink or 2 after a busy day out in Blackpool. We found the location excellent, we had visits to the pleasure beach and Madame Tussaud’s planned and this hotel was in the middle of both and a lovely walk along the seafront made the walk go quickly.
Entry, had to buzz to get in each time, could have linked to room key possibly? Although there was only once that reception took a while to answer.
