Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Room was lovely-and such a comfortable bed.
I didn't think the breakfast was particularly good-both cooked and non-cooked options
The room was clean and well appointed. The accessible bathroom was spacious and just what we required. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was our first visit and we were unsure of how things worked here. The chap on reception was very helpful, explaining everything and answering all our many questions. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of variety, Full english was nicely cooked, hot, and well presented. The member of staff on duty was friendly and helpful. Dining area was light, spacious, and clean. It overlooks the pitch.
Close onsite parking is quite limited, but there is an overflow car park just over the road. Take care if relying on your sat nav, the road closures on the way in can confuse. Head for Bloomfieild Road and you wont go far wrong.
We will certainly book this accommodation for any future visits to Blackpool.

Unclear parking arrangements until you speak to reception, road markings suggest a 1 way system but it's not.
Booked a room for 2 adults, didn't seem to be a way of booking a double bed, but in fact it was 2 x singles pushed together, not comfortable

Incorrect information provided at check in. Told breakfast was included then told the opposite when we arrive at breakfast

They charged us twice for parking
The room was clean and a good size - it’s about a 20 min walk from the tower through some real areas of poverty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
