Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Clean rooms friendly staff good food pitch view rooms ace
Great hotel, cool bar. Being able to see the pitch is superb.
Room and Staff were great. Rooms were clean and of great design. Beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was poor. Bacon had clearly stood a while. Sausage was of poor quality.
The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the view of stadium was great.
One waitress was really rude on our last day of our stay.
The bed was not a double, two single beds joined up, it wasn’t good at all and very uncomfortable.

The staff members were lovely and friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean.
The showers need a bit of an update - a shower room rather than a bathtub would make it much more accessible and open to more clients. The ability to put air con on not just heating would be useful and more pillows available.

I tried to ring reception twice with no answer so I had to go down to reception 3 times, the main problem was kettle , I had such a shock of it as it was faulty and receptionist didn't seem bothered but it hurt, but after about 40mins house keeping brought us another kettle.
Clean and staff friendly as well as good food
Rooms that face the road could do with better sound deflecting windows as you can hear lot of noise from cars and people going by. Also the bed needed better or new pillows as they were flat.

We are in the restaurant and it was really cold, we had to put our jackets on. Also the food from the dinner menu was average. Rather tasteless anemic like a Wetherspoons curry.
