Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.
Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Have made a complaint and sent over pictures of the state of the room. Am now waiting on a refund after speaking to booking.com and Chloe the manager at hotel
Room was spacious clean and value for money
Pillows were too thin but apart from that I cannot find any other negative comments

Grubby and looking tired
Nice to find a quality room at that price for August. Check in was simple and the room was of a Radisson standard. Spacious , huge comfy bed and with quality toiletries and plenty of fresh towels.
Loud and late party in the San Miguel lounge opposite. Music vibrated the bedroom. Had to ask for a late checkout (normally £15) to catch up on missed sleep which we got. Not a very "quiet room"

Excellent location for the football match I was attending.
An added bonus to have bath sheets in the bathroom as opposed to the usual bath towels.
A criticism of booking dot compass claim of 10 minute walk to train station was intact more like 20-25 minutes

Size of the room
There was no fridge in our room despite there being a space for one
Ideal for what we we wanted, we were at the match so it was spot on and a beautiful hotel with great staff
Location for a football match was unrivalled. Every member of staff encountered were a credit to the hotel & company, particularly, Mathew in the Corner Flag restaurant at breakfast. He was attentive, friendly and engaging, a fine man indeed.
Couldn't fault a thing.
