Important information:

Due to the EFL and FA guidelines, we must request that all guests staying in our Superior Room with Pitch View close their curtains 90 minutes prior to a home football match and throughout the remaining time of the game. Any tickets must be purchased separately if you would like to watch the match.

Please note there is an additional charge for the fitness classes.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Really excellent stay and staff very accommodating

Excellent and real value for the money

Cons:

Nothing not to like.
If I was going to change something it would be the access to the floors and reception on ground floor.

Appalling service as room cancelled at last minute
Pros:

Did not get to stay! Booked a stadium view room, received a call at 2.30 pm (check in at 3pm) telling us the room was no longer available. Hotel claimed Booking.com should’ve told us, Booking.com claimed they had sent an email - they had not sent any email, the room was still showing as ‘confirmed’ in the app. When I rang them to complain (and ask where we should stay as we were about half an hour’s drive away at this stage) the hotel then updated the app and sent an email telling us the room was cancelled.

Cons:

Staff unhelpful when telling us room was not available - said “yeah, I’d be ***** off too” and then left us to find an alternative.

Cold Taps dispensed hot water, got charged on arrival £10 for Dog, £10 for parking, also no access to the balcony, asked for this to be unlocked and they refused
