Pros:

This hotel is a wonderful hidden gem in the city, very clean with friendly staff and we had a great city break here.
Great size room and super clean, domestic staff do a great job, the room was cleanedevery day to high standard. We would highly recommend it.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of great choice and you can ask for freshly made bacon and eggs.

Cons:

Nothing, this hotel should be 3 star plus!
Great central location for trips around Palma and well within walking distance round the city.
Also has great coffee!

Mi e sembrato un hotel da più stelle.. bella la struttura, la camera e tutto era pulito, funzionante e ottimo.. staff davvero cordiale e molto disponibile con tantissima pazienza.. grazie

Pros:

Für uns gute Lage (Flughafenbus, in Laufweite zum Zentrum). Preis-/Leistung war gut. Supermarkt und viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer war groß.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig- man konnte den Nachbarn schnarchen hören, Stühlerücken vom Stockwerk darüber war sehr störend und die Tür zum Gang war auch nicht wirklich lärmdämmend.
Eines der Betten hat beim bloßen umdrehen stark gequietscht, was Nachts sehr störend war.

Tuve que salir un día antes de lo previsto del hotel por fallecimiento de un familiar y el hotel no ha considerado que fuera una razón de peso como para devolverme parte del importe que suponía la última noche.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The room was very nice and had a balcony, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and had variety of salty and sweet options, homemade soft cakes and coffee, as well as lactose free milk and was for a good price! The location was also convenient, just 13 minutes walk away from the main hub Estacio Intermodal and 15 minutes from the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Super accommodation in a super coty
Pros:

Superb. Very clean and the staff members helpful. Prompt service. Good, safe parking. Breakfast buffet great value (but not coffee) Beds comfortable. People comment this is very basic but it’s not - there’s a lot more basic accommodation that can be had.

Cons:

Nothing - it’s a great hotel to stay in. Wes stay here again. Perhaps a little pricey.

Pros:

Great location, near the center and walking distance to the major landmarks.
Breakfast was very good and there is also a possibility of taking lunch menu for 13Eur in their restaurant.

Prima verblijf voor een kort citytrip
Pros:

Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De kamer was basic maar netjes. De bedden waren prima en de badkamer was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De accomodatie ligt een 1,5 km uit het oude centrum, het station ligt wel relatief dichtbij.
