Pros:

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht.
Der Aufenhalt war ganz wie erwartet. Personal super Nett, Zimmer sehr sauber.
Die Lage war nicht ganz so gut. hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört, weil wir eh immer unterwegs waren.

Very nice small hotel, excellent to stay with children too
Pros:

Booked for 2 nights to stay with mom and my 2 year old daughter. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful when we asked for advice. The room was basic but clean and for the duration we stayed it was great. The location was good and not far from the bus/ train station. Massive park with kids playground by as well.
About 30 min leasure walk to historic part of Palma. I was impressed with the nice lounge where they had some toys to play with, TV and sunroof. So easily can stay for longer.
We had breakfast, these were very basic with just the right amount of food and drink. There is no hot option apart from a hot drink or toast, but honestly, I didn't leave hungry. Overall I would recommend this small hotel for families and travellers.

Cons:

We stayed in 3 single bed room on the 1st floor which had a very small bathroom which was very hard to navigate with small child due toilet being behind doors and there was funky smell coming through ventilation for which they had air freshener plugged in.
But not a massive deal breaker.

Pros:

Sauberes, geräumiges Familienzimmer - perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Kleinkindern. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit toller Spielecke - optimal für unsere Bedürfnisse. Guter Service (Gepäckraum vor Checkin nutzbar, Rezeption war hilfreich bei Fragen). Frühstück mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Lage, Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in 15-20min zu erreichen.

ちょっとガッカリだったホテル
Pros:

エアコンの効きは良かった。
トイレ、シャワーは問題なく使えた。

Cons:

一番気になった点は、部屋に入ると同時にきつい消毒の匂いがして、臭くて思わず窓を開けたことです。
ツインルームなのに、ひとつしか椅子がない部屋。
冷蔵庫も湯沸かしポットもなくて、非常に困ったこと。
壁が薄く、廊下で若い人たちが騒ぐ声が筒抜けだったこと。
良い口コミを見て安心して予約したのが間違いでした。
