Pros:

The apartment is comfortable and spacious enough. Air conditioning did not work.

Cons:

The air conditioner did not work - was set on a timer and could not get it to work in the afternoon. Communication from hotel is non existent.

Location was good, better customer service is required.
Pros:

It was very handy to the wharf and the pub where we ate most nights

Cons:

It was extremely difficult to reach the staff during our stay. The instructions indicated that we were required to park our vehicle in the designated underground car park rather than in the visitors’ parking bays. However, due to the size of our truck, this was not feasible. We attempted to contact reception to inform them of the situation, but unfortunately our phone calls and messages were not returned.

Additionally, there was a strong and unpleasant odor in the apartment. To make the space comfortable, we had to purchase air fresheners to mask the smell.

Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We paid for 3 beds, which is what was advertised. Only got two beds. Staff refused to take any ownership of their advertising mistake, instead of blaming booking.com instead. Refusing to provide a refund.
Reprehensible.

The view from the room was spectacular. It was centrally located.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit old particularly in the bathrooms and they needed a little attention. The aircon was very complicated and not working. We had to phone for someone to come and sort it out. It took over an hour for them to arrive.

Location was great re pub locality, when having a fleeting visit to transit through

Cons:

Horrible smell in our room, like sewerage. No staff on site when we checked in our out to tell, and bathrooms were quite dirty.
