The property is well maintain and is accesible from the main road, to get to the beach activities are NOT WALKING DISTANCE but easy to drive around to get to them

Checking was easy...rooms was clean. Ac was not cold. And they charge for water to use coofee pot..pool was clean..

I tried to switch room since my room was bad and smell horrible and the path way too. They couldn’t help us with that and apart they charge me for 2 towels that accidentally had medicine since I was sick.

Location, and just loved the pools

This is my second stay at Boho Beach Club and I just love it. I also stayed during COVID restrictions back in 2021 and no complaints.
Is a pretty hotel right in the entrance of the Boqueron beach. Rooms are so pretty, well decorated. Bathrooms are very modern with a nice shower. I stayed in an interior room, and it has little windows right next to the bed. I didnt mind not having a balcony. I have given a 5 but the only negative thing is that walls are thin and you can hear the noise of other guest in the hallways. Besides that, everything is perfect, Pool is great. The restuarant can have more choices but the menu is limited. I can say that the COFFEE here is everything and the night bartender, makes the perfect Moscow Mules. Is walking distance to the Poblado restaurants for night entertainment, as well to go to the beach. Price is very comfortable compare of the other places in Boqueron. I will be back DEFINETELY!

You might think a place called Boho Beach Club would be on the beach - or close. The beach is a five minute walk down a road with no sidewalk. (The beach itself was fine but small and hemmed in, i.e. you couldn't take a beach walk.)

You might think a place called Boho Beach Club would offer beach towels and maybe even beach chairs and an umbrella. Sorry, no.

Do you want to walk to a restaurant? The hotel is at an intersection that's awkward to cross on foot. Traffic was light so it was fine, but still - no pedestrian accommodation.

The hotel is very clean. The room was fine.

We spent a little extra for a "better" room. It was on the 4th floor. On the 5th floor, there's a function room, where they were moving furniture across a tile floor at 8am. Called front desk. Ooops too bad - they setting up for an event.

We like good coffee, first thing, in our room. I'm willing to pay and to dash out for it and bring it back. At Boho there is only one option - the restaurant in the hotel. Two coffees, paper cups - $11.50! Ouch!

upon checkout, i was overcharged, and front desk staff agreed that i was overcharged. Instead of refunding the amount that was overcharged, i was charged double the entire cost for the room, and still haven't gotten any refund. front desk staff will not let me talk to the accounting or management team to discuss the overcharge. had to file a dispute with my credit card. extremely poor service at the front desk and management/accounting. extremely poor communication. avoid this place at all costs.

The Restaurant is great! The people who work the hotel side most are very helpful. Easy for English speakers to communicate. Can walk to the beach, shops, stores. We are very happy with our stay.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was clean and well maintained. Great experience!

Please train your staff to be welcoming and respectful to the customers.

Use this hotel 3 times already.
But this time the room AC did not worked in two of the 3 rooms they gave me.
I attempted to stay more than 4 hours on the 2nd one but it was unbearable.
Rooms 403 & 404. Horrible.
But the staff was super professional and keept moving me until found a room that worked #405
