Amazing food, top-notch facilities, and friendly staff, but poor sound insulation between rooms.
Pros:

* Fantastic food — both the breakfast and dinner buffets offer incredible value and great quality.
* Excellent gym and sauna facilities with stunning views of the beach.
* Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

* Room walls are extremely thin. We were woken up at 2am by our neighbour’s TV and then early in the morning from him in the bathroom (note you can hear everytime the shower is used) — not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. We raised this with the hotel manager who apologised, but this really impacted our sleep/stay.
* Drinks are not included, even with the meal packages, so at dinner need to pay extra (even for basic things like tea).

Immer wieder einfach nur großartig!
Pros:

Alles. Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel und jedes Mal ist es eine Freude und ein Genuss. Unverändert grandios!

Cons:

Das Publikum. Leider wissen sich einige Leute nicht zu benehmen und führen sich auf, als wären sie am Ballermann.
Schade. Das schmälert den Urlaubsgenuss.
Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts!!

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

das es adult only ist, Frühstück und Abendessen Buffet sehr grosszügig und gut. Snacks am Pool super. Aussicht richtig toll! Schaukelstühle auf dem Balkon sind cool!

Cons:

Das Bett war schon nicht so bequem. Sonst war alles wunderbar und gut - hervorragend

Experiencia extraordinaria aunque un poco cara.
Pros:

Habitación, cama grande y cómoda, ducha en el baño, trato de todo el personal, bufet desayuno extraordinario, vistas de la habitación, piscina, zona de las balinesas con servicio de comida y bebida, detalles de entrada y salida y la tranquilidad al ser sólo para adultos.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que el espacio de solárium para tumbonas es un poco justo y estás un poco apretado.

Gutes Adults Only Hotel, wenn auch etwas ausbaubar bezüglich Essens- und Bedienungszeiten
Pros:

Sehr gute Auswahl am Buffet beim Frühstück und Nachtessen, qualitativ gutes Essen. Lage direkt am Strand.

Cons:

Wenig Liegen am Pool für die Hotelgrösse. Zudem viel zu eng bestuhlt. Preis für die Balinesischen Betten mit CHF 50.-/Tag absolut übertrieben. Essenszeiten sehr streng. Buffet wurde kurz nach Ende der Essenszeiten (11.00 Uhr Frühstück und 21.30 Uhr Nachtessen) abgeräumt. Man wurde auch nicht mehr vom Personal bedient. Nicht wirklich kundenfreundlich, haben wir bei anderen Hotels ganz anders erlebt. Da konnte man bis zum Ende der Essenszeit noch eintreffen und könnte sich noch mind. 1 - 1.5 Stunden am Buffet bedienen und beim Personal etwas bestellen.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Amazing value

Pros:

The hotel room was dirty and water kept seeping out of the shower. The bed was uncomfortable and the AC didn’t go below 22 degrees.

Really worth visiting but some issues should resolved .
Pros:

Very friendly staff, especially managing ladies. And catering ladies - always smiling. Always ready to help. Dinner was very good most of the time. The top restaurant impressed a lot . Worth visit 100 %.
Location fantastic. Views are amazing.

Cons:

The breakfast is the same every day.
The phone in the room and the safe was a nightmare. Never seen so dated items though the hotel is new. Some pillows were very well spotted .
The difference of the price in booking and the hotel charged me was more than 200 GBP.Not sure whose fault it is so far : booking or both banks . The receptionist claimed it is a currency rate , I admit but not 200 GBP , come on ! Investigating still. So be careful and check.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful setting
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect as it is right by the beach and the beach walk with restaurants and shops

Cons:

I can't say I disliked it a lot but I felt like the food (especially breakfast) was catered towards German clientele a bit too much and more diversity would have been nice. It was still super tasty!

Best place ever!!
Pros:

This was the best place I have ever stayed in! It was amazing from start to finish. The staff were amazing and the vibe was incredible. Amazing location. 10/10 highly recommend

RELAXING SPA HOTEL ON THE BEACH
Pros:

I liked everything about the property: the hotel is almost new, great space in the bedroom with lovely balconies, even the partial sea view was good. Each night they were leaving a kind message and chocolate on your bed.
The Aura spa and gym were super nice with a lovely view of the sea.
Restaurants and food serving a mix of local and international specialities with a beautiful outdoor dining space to enjoy the sea view while eating.
The swimming pool and the sun beds deck is basically on the beach and you can go for a swim and back very quickly.
Shout out to the STAFF. Each one of them from reception, the maids, restaurant and bar waiters, all of them very kind , making you feeling very special.

Cons:

Nothing! It was a great surprise!!

Wirklich schön, toller Service und kein Überladenes Buffet, vieles wird direkt frisch zubereitet.

Morgens gab es neben den Typischen Eiervariationen auch immer frische Crêpes!
