Amazing place, absolutely loved it!
Pros:

We stayed here recently and were completely blown away. The view from the room is just beautiful — waking up and having coffee with such a panorama was a real pleasure! The rooftop bar is an absolute highlight. The atmosphere there is wonderful, the cocktails are great, and the city views in the evening are just mesmerizing. The staff deserves a special shout-out. They are incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything. Everything is clean, cozy, and well thought out down to the smallest detail. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend to everyone!

الموقع والغرف جميله والاطلاله جميلة ولكن يوجد صيانه في غرفه من الغرف التي حجزتها ب اطلاله ولم يخبروني الا قبلها ب اسبوع فقط

ولكن لم يوضحو عند الحجز على بوكينق ان الفندق يوجد به بار ابدا ، ولا يوجد فيه خصوصيه البار في نفس الممر حق الغرف والممر ضيق جدا وزحمة من زباين البار والاصوات كلها مسموعة واخبرنا اللي موجود ف الاستقبال ان البار يغلق الساعة 11 لكن الاصوات والازعاج استمر ل الساعه 1 ولم نتمكن من النوم بسبب الممر المؤدي الى البار بصراحه لا انصح به بسبب هذي النقطه ولا ينفع لعوائل ابد غير مريح ابد ابد كمان ان الممر المؤدي للغرف في حالة فوضى ومخزن للاغراض لدرجه صعوبه المرور

Es un apartamento precioso y enorme en una zona espectacular de Estambul. La habitación es más bonita que en las fotos y la cama me la llevaba a mi casa.
Además el trato de todo el staff es maravilloso, siempre con un sonrisa. Especial mención a Kaan, que nos ayudo muchisimo con el taxi al aeropuerto, además de ser más que encantador.

Cons:

Tal vez el baño podría renovarse un poquito, pero nada importante. La ducha tiene súper presión y temperatura perfecta.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The location is perfect and makes it easy to reach all the main attractions in the city. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms. The rooftop terrace is beautiful and It offers amazing views.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Отель расположен удобно, вид с крыши шикарный, на крыше расположен ресторан. Но отель рядом с очень шумной улицей, что с открытым окном не поспишь. Для тех, кто любит темные уютные помещения, потому что верхнего света не,

Cons:

Останавливались 19.06.26 Стройка очень шумит под окном, прямо соседний дом строят. С 8 утра перфораторы и отбойные молотки.. И вечером по системе вентиляции начало сильно тянуть химическим запахом. Такой едкий запах дихлофоса от тараканов... Пришлось спать с открытыми окнами вместо кондея. Не знаю, может, это конкретно нам так "повезло"

The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and the Karaköy ferry terminal just a short walk away. Galata Tower and Istiklal Street can also be reached on foot within minutes.

Cons:

We have no complaints about the hotel itself and would like to thank the staff for their friendliness and hospitality.

However, it is worth noting that there is construction work taking place next to the hotel. The work usually starts around 8:30 a.m., and on our last night the workers were mixing concrete late into the evening, which was quite noisy.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would still recommend this hotel. The noise was caused by the nearby construction, which is unfortunately beyond the hotel's control.

The staff, particularly Joseph, were extremely kind. Joseph really helped us navigate the city and gave us some insight to customs and culture.
Location was great, close to public transport and key attractions.
Room was comfortable and spacious- we should have requested more pillows though.

Pros:

Great value for money in a fantastic location near Galata Tower, the metro, and plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious, with a separate living area and bedroom—ideal while recovering from jet lag. Despite some reviews mentioning noise, we slept well on the 5th floor. The rooftop is a lovely spot for breakfast or coffee, though more Turkish breakfast options would be nice. Overall, a comfortable stay with no complaints.
