Fue bueno pero muy caro para lo que ofrecen en las habitaciones.
Pros:

la ubicación en frente de la playa es muy bonita y tener el restaurante cerca es conveniente. La piscina deben renovarla, es muy rústica para niños.

Cons:

Uno de los días se fue la luz y demoró dos horas en regresar, esto es muy complicado cuando tienes un bebe y hace mucha calor. Aunque la luz regreso, nadie de la recepción nos respondió. El aire acondicionado debe enfriar mejor ya que los días de verano son muy calientes. Las habitaciones están un poco deterioradas. Deben ser más amables en la recepción y responder de forma más oportuna. Aunque las chicas de limpieza lo hicieron muy bien, las habitaciones deberían limpiarse todos los días.

Grosses Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Netter pool mit tollen Liegen und Hängematten. Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Einige junge Leute lassen den Abfall beim Pool liegen (Bierdosen, Zigaretten).
Gemeinschaftsküche fehlt (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle wäre für Frühaufsteher für Kaffee auch hilfreich).

Didn’t have breakfast, had dinner only, sushi was good but a bit overpriced compared to Playa Vaneo resort

Cons:

No-one at dinner. At 6:30 when I arrived. Just on other couple. I’ll need to brush up on my Spanish because my waitress and I had extreme difficulty communicating

La situación

Cons:

Pequeña discusión por una lata de cocacola del minibar que por pereza y derroche de esfuerzos no quiero ni entrar a discutir por 4 $ aunque también creo que para ellos debería ser lo mismo. Resultado que ellos cobran 4$ y yo no vuelvo ni a ir ni a recomendar (conocí este hotel hace 14 años y lo he usado mucho) en fin cumplir las “normas” no siempre es productivo

Tolles 3-Stern, der Leuchtturm speziell, super Lage
Pros:

Wir wohnten direkt im Leuchtturm, was natürlich etwas spezielles ist. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und gemütlich, auch der Pool direkt zum Strand ist toll. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel waren wir positiv überrascht. Sämtliches was wir konsumiert haben m Restaurant war gut. Die Kommunikation, Problemlösung, Zimmerservice ist top. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein persönliches Problem, wir konnten anstandslos das Zimmer wechseln in der letzten Nacht, völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage Zentral direkt am Beach ist super. Playa Venao ist sich prächtig am entwickeln, ein super Ort mit auch tollen Restaurants.

Cons:

Der Leuchtturm sollte wieder einmal gestrichen werden innen, auch die Möbel wirken leicht dreckig und sind in die Jahre gekommen.

Un paraiso que visitar!
Pros:

La comodidad de las camas, todo se ve muy cuidado y limpio, a pasos de mercaditos y de restaurantes.

Cons:

Las toallas estaban un poco gastadas, probablemente se necesita un espejo en la habitación un poco más grande o más bajo para los que no somos tan altos, y falta quizás una mesa o estante en las habitaciones sencillas

Pros:

Me gustó la piscina, la habitación es espectacular y la ubicación del hotel. El restaurante también tenía comida rica.

Cons:

La atención en el restaurante fue un poco lenta. También intenté comprar algo en la tienda surfistas y no me atendieron amablemente luego de haber esperado más de 15 minutos. Creo que la atención fue un poco displicente. Me parece un lugar muy caro para lo que realmente es.
