Pésimo lugar no vuelto nunca más.

Cons:

Estacionamientos de tierra cero indicación del lugar donde estás. Identificación de recepción. No se percibe seguridad y Palya Venao es sumamente desorganizada.

Muy buen Hotel
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la cercanía de la playa y de todas las amenidades de playa venao, muy buena la cantidad de estacionamientos y ni hablar de lo excelente de la comida del restaurante y los coktailes a otro nivel....

Cons:

No vi que le hicieran limpieza a la piscina y pareciera que la podía usar todo el que pasara cerca de la playa

Overpriced and Outdated Hotel

The main advantage of this hotel is its beachfront location and lovely gardens.

Cons:

The hotel is located by the seaside, which is its main advantage. However, overall, the property is quite worn out and does not match the price charged.

The bathroom and beach towels were torn and/or stained. The pool loungers and mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The ground-floor rooms are extremely dark, giving the feeling of being in a cave rather than a relaxing hotel room.

The shower head was loose and felt like it could fall at any moment, which was inconvenient and unsafe.

Unfortunately, the hotel is clearly outdated.
