Un oasis de calme

Aesthetically - just divine. But for the price point, lacked polish and finesse in the service.
Pros:

Beautiful surroundings, aesthetics divine. Riding horses through vineyards was wonderful

Cons:

Price didn’t quite match the service. Felt like we had the trainee bar tender each night. Whilst the hotel itself was divine, the service didn’t quite warrant the price point.
