Poor facilities and poor value for money
Pros:

Booked a twin room but got there and the second bed was a pull out sofa that was appealing

Cons:

Beds wernt comfy and 10am check out is an hour too early

Tienen que mejorar la atención al cliente

La ubicación y su distribución y amplitud

Cons:

Tenía algunas pelusas en el suelo. Y el servicio de atención al cliente fue bueno hasta que llegamos al alojamiento. No nos dieron las claves, y no tenían WhatsApp de contacto. No podíamos llamar por teléfono con nuestra tarifa y no nos contestaron al mail ni por booking. Conseguimos entrar porque le dio las claves a una huésped de habla inglesa que nos ayudó. Lo mismo ocurrió con el secador de pelo, nos dijeron que había y no lo encontrábamos . Nos contestaron que estaba en otro lugar y cuando conseguimos encontrarlo en un cajón , estaba roto y a punto de hacer un cortocircuito. Por último, me manifestaron que podía dejar el equipaje en recepción, y cuando pegamos para dejarlo nadie nos abrió, escribimos y caso omiso. Con esta circunstancia llegamos tarde a una excursión y tuvimos que pagar 30 libras en un depósito de la estación

Edinburgh trip away
Pros:

Location was good not too far from the main princess street with plenty of public transport available.

Cons:

Few minor issues with the accommodation.

Dirty bed sheets, the extractor fan was very noisy, shower door didn't sit flush so leaked water and very dusty just needs a little attention to details.

Cozy, calm & warm!
Pros:

Location is amazing, easy to walk everywhere.
Nice private patio outside.
Very warm and cozy inside.
Very useful appliances.
Very fluffy matress.
Tiny but nicely heated bathroom, good shower!

Cons:

The ventilation vents were really dirty 😬
There was someone else's sock under the cupboard 😂 and lot's of dust...
And the duvet cover was too small for the duvet itself, we kept stealing the duvet from each other 😂😂
Appart from these, it was great!
We loved the overall experience and will recommend to any friends that want to visit Edimburgh as well.
Thank you so much for making our trip super cozy and easy! Our memory of Edimburgh will be for ever in our hearts!

La estadia fue muy Buena, la pasamos en Familia.!

Ubicacion, Excelente..! La habitacion muy comoda y confortable.

Cons:

No funcionaba correctamente el Wi-Fi, La bacha del lavatorio del baño, se atasco el 1er dia.Eramos 2 Adultos en la Habitacion y solo habia una silla .

Nice place, would stay again.
Pros:

Good location with plenty around, and good transport links.
Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Bedding for the sofa bed in particular could do with updating. Was also incredibly hot and couldn't find the thermometer to turn down.

Noisy neighbours and not central

It was clean enough

Cons:

It was around a 20 min walk to the actual centre with all the shops bars and restaurants. The people staying directly opposite us would leave there door open and blast music all night and it would sound like they were washing dishes for hours clanking plates and cutlery. I had to actually go round and ask them to be quiet at around 11.30pm one night as we were just trying to get a few hours sleep before an early flight. Overall a poor experience, we didn’t see one member of staff the whole time we were there.
