Gut organisiert, sauber und die Lage ist einmalig wenn man eins der Shows ( die ich nur empfehlen kann!) besuchen möchte. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar: knapp 40 Minuten bis zum Zentrum und nur 10 Minuten bis zum Rosengarten.... Frühstück sehr lecker und gut sortiert

Cons:

Bis auf Kopfkissen war alles gut, Das Kissen war echt dünn und sehr unbequem, aber es ist immer Geschmackssache.
Schade auch das ausgerechnet Samstag Abend die Bar geschlossen war, wir haben uns auf die after Show Party echt gefreut, Grund wurde nicht genannt.....sehr schade

Als Ausgang für Dresden-Touristik und Natur sehr gut geeignet.
Pros:

Gute Lage und schönes Konzept der Zimmergestaltung. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Stockflecken und komischer Geruch im Bad. Im Restaurant wurde drei Tage lang die Tischdecke mit Eierflecken nicht gewechselt.

Ein schönes Hotel in fantastischer Lage.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt in Dresden war sehr angenehm, besonders in diesem Viertel.
Ihr Hotel, im Grunde gut gelegen und vom Design der Zimmer interessant, jedoch enttäuschend. Weder gab es ein kontinentales Frühstück, noch die vorab abgesprochene vegetarische Variante. Anstelle einer Entschuldigung, welche es zumindest hätte geben müssen, gab es nur die nüchterne Feststellung, dass dies wohl nicht besorgt worden wäre.

Am folgenden Tag fiel das Frühstück dann, krankheitsbedingt, gänzlich aus. Hier gab es nur einen lapidaren Hinweis in Form eines im
Zimmer hinterlegten Zettels, dass man das Café XY in der Nähe für ein Frühstück aufsuchen könne. Leider wurde hier darauf verzichtet, die entstehenden Kosten zu übernehmen, auch ein entsprechender Preisnachlass wurde nicht angeboten. Am dritten Tag gab es dann wieder Frühstück, allerdings auch wieder nur ein überschaubares Buffet und nicht das eigentlich abgesprochene vegetarische Frühstück.

Es ist eine gute Atmosphäre in dem Haus, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war wunderschön, es war sehr sauber und ruhig( Winter). Der umlaufende Balkon hat uns gut gefallen.
Es ist für uns eine gute Lage in der Neustadt, alles was man möchte ist in der Nähe, wie Kultur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Bei der Anreise war das Zimmer kalt und brauchte einen Tag um auf normale Zimmertemperatur zu kommen. Die gewünschten Zusatzdecken haben wir nicht bekommen.
Der Zimmerservice am 2. Tag hat neue Tassen und Gläser vergessen, womit uns ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter aus dem Restaurant zum Glück ausgeholfen hat.

Das Frühstück ist sehr teuer, aber leider konnten wir davon nicht viel genießen, da es zu unserer frühstückszeit (10 Uhr) kaum noch was zu essen gab. Das war sehr schade
