Great little central motel

El personal de recepción muy agradable. El AC de la habitación enfrió bastante. Lo que no me agradó fue la limpieza de la habitación (encontramos una cucaracha en la bañera y un gusano en el lavamanos).

Great value & location. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Restaurant nor bar were open at hotel, which is one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. So ended up having to constantly take Conchos to places to eat, I rented on my 2nd to last day because I thought it would save me money instead of paying a Concho.
Cable was out in room, did not get fixed till just before leaving. Toilet had problems flushing, never really got fixed, would have to try to flush repeatedly to get all paper or body waste to go down, most times there was still some in the toilet because I did not want to waste a bunch of my time trying to get it to go down. Safe in room did not work.
It is close to a hospital which makes it easy to get a Covid test though.

I've been visited this hotel everything I go to Las Terrenas. Always clean, great staff to serve, the breakfast is really good and healthy. You can ask them everything and they always have good attitude to assist.

It was peaceful quiet and security was excellent i would recommend it to a friend

Ero già stato bene qualche tempo fa in questa struttura. Adesso la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa : immaginare di avere uno o più topi come ospiti nella camera!!! Non riesco a mandarvi le foto di due banane chiaramente rosicate da detti ospiti. Ristorante pessimo

Hotel pool was refreshing and always empty. Plenty of seats. Bed was comfortable. A/c was cold in room. Workers were very nice and helpful.

We wanted somewhere to crash for the night and we found this hotel at Las Terrenas town. It is a very clean hotel and the rooms have been updated; for instance it has a flat TV, new bathroom accessories. It didn't have AC, only a ceiling fan, but this was my room choice, as I didn't want to spend too much. Keep in mind that this hotel is not located at beach front, it's located near the town entrance (about 10 miles from the beach).

The breakfast was pleasantly good and was included in the room price.

The outside corridors had lots of trees and were well maintained and the pool looked good, but I didn't use it.

I'm summary, the overall experience was great value for the price.

Not beach located

I paid $55/night. Credit cards accepted. Large comfortable room with large comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Good A/C. Minifridge. Laboratory clean. Electronic safety box. Decent breakfast included at decent onsite restaurant. Huge, clean pool. Hotel is located close to guagua station to Sanchez/Samana/Galeras. Hotel is very far from beach area where most of the (very overpriced) restaurants are. Hotel does offer a shuttle service. You'll be safe and comfortable at this hotel, but Las Terrenas sucks--it is ugly, and noisy, and the beach/ocean is nothing special. (Punta Rucia is far nicer...)

Hôtel charmant, très bon rapport qualité prix et excellent accueil. Malheureusement, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (prés de la route et d'un espace de fête) n'est pas forcément calme à la tombée de la nuit. Pratique tout de même quand on vient de la station de bus et que l'on souhaite séjourner au cœur de l'action.

I'm sure that if you get the right room it is a nice place. But we had our room next to the neighbours whom had two roosters that woke us up during the night... Also although they have put mosquitonets for the windows the mosquitos came in. You werent able to hear the tv because in the highst volume you didnt hear a thing. And the walls are so thin you can hear wverything the neighbours said .

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful green garden! Really nice and friedly staff! Helped us to organize taxi and enjoyed delicious presidente beer with them! Muchos gracias Amigos! Bob marley is with you!!!!!!!!!!! 😉

IT WAS OK BUT I WAS MISLED ABOUT MY ROOM I PAID FOR A ROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND DIDNT GET IT

Is located next to a stadium and all day is very noisy the music is loud and ends till midnight. If you look for a place to rest is not. You hear everything from the next room, awful and disgusting... you need a car.

Nice place with bungalow style rooms around a quite large pool, Rooms with fan are cool at night, but noisy because of traffic and nearby music. Also noise from the neighbouring room is quite loud. They also have airco rooms that should be more quiet. But for the price we paid it was quite good. Very clean rooms and nice housekeeping staff. Breakfast is ok, but you need to ask. Juise was included, but the waiter didn't bring it till we asked. Pool is nice and there are 5 or 6 sunbeds.
