Pros:

El servicio fue excelente, el personal super amable y la limpieza estuvo muy bien siempre. El servicio de desayuno y restaurante excelente, siempre con opciones saludables y muy buena cocina.

Cons:

como sugerencia las sabanas tendrian que ser 100% de algodón porque al haber mucha humedad y calor se siente el polyester en la piel y eso incomoda. La otra cosa que no me gusto y que nada tiene que ver con el servicio del hotel, es el mar, en ese lugar es peligroso por la gran correntada. Era difícil entrar a darse un baño.

calidad, que se nota que estan aplicando por estrategia de negocio, solo se puede esperar que dia a dia se superan a si mismo

por decir algo, de la pregunta mas dificil, la playa bastante agitada en question de de olas , hubiese preferido mas tranquila, sin duda una experiencia mas plancentera. los vendedores ambulantes muy muy molesto, si bien es su forma de vida muy respetable, insistentes ademas de alguna manera toman por tontos a los turistas y su la mala intencion de ganar mucho dinero en la transacion, patron que se repite en otras actividades en Brasil , que deja no muy bien ubicado al sector.

Pasamos unos días increíbles.
El personal siempre atentos para lo que necesitaramos con una sonrisa y muy amables.
El domingo se pascuas armaron una mesa hermosa con chocolate y tortas muy ricas.
Además la comida es excelente.
Sin dudas volvería ..
