Horrible
Pros:

I was in a walker with a fracture femur and order an ADA room which I did not get and the front desk was rude it was so bad that I left after 1 day and had to forfeit my second day.

Cons:

The ice maker did not work they don’t understand the definition of ADA rooms and the front desk was rude.

Cons:

The first room we moved in was filthy (hair in the tub fingerprints on the sink faucet white stuff on the mirror and filthy refrigerator). They moved us room and it was worse then the first on. This one had the same as the first but the floor wasn't vacuumed and hair in the fridge trash in the toilet from the blow dryer... I wanted to leave but they came in to clean but the lead in house keeping seemed frustrated that all this was dirty like as if he didn't believe so I went and pointed everything out and also took pictures. Other then that breakfast was great and my son had fun

Nothing. The place was so dirty , I contacted customer service and sent them a ton of pics an filed a complaint and still havent gotten my refund. I am soooo upset.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we will book it again when coming back to the area.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. We requested extra pillows and a blanket when I booked the hotel. Upon arriving and getting to our room we noticed that the requested items were not there nor did we have a hair dryer. We went to the front desk and they immediately resolved the issue. The staff greeted us each time when we came back and told us to have a great time when we left each day. It was a great experience

Cons:

We wish that there would have been a night light in the bathroom. When we got up in the middle of the night it was hard to navigate to get to the bathroom. A night light would have been perfect.

Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. They made the stay truly worth it.
Pros:

Can’t beat the location to the rink with this hotel.

Cons:

Definitely needs some updates, didn’t have the room I booked so they had to find something else. Which was fine. My son had to sleep on a pullout couch which had candy left in it from a previous stay.

Wasn't that impressed will look at some other option in the future.
Pros:

Pretty limited for a "buffet" breakfast the eggs had some sort of chile or something disgusting.

Great location. Fantastic and plentiful breakfast - get the warm cinnamon rolls!! Great pool and hot tub. Comfy, quiet and spacious room.

Pros:

Price was nice and it was in close proximity of the places we needed to go.

Cons:

Out toilet was broken, the shower want clean and the baseboards in our bathroom were broken off the wall.
