Cons:

I’ve stayed here multiple times and have always had a good experience. I do not like the option of not being able to cancel the reservation.

other then that it was a very good stay.
Cons:

The fridge was unplugged and water was all over the carpet in front of fridge, I assume to defrost fridge.

IT served it's purpose, but I don't think it was worth the $675 that I paid for the weekend.
Pros:

The hotel was perfectly located for our plans. We were only 10 minutes from the zoo and 3 minutes from FunPlex so location was great.

There were not many things to go to other than that in the area.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were not operational at the time of our visit. My husband loved the beds, but the rest of us felt like we were sleeping on concrete. You could hear everything going on around your hotel room and I feel sorry for anyone who was sleeping when I had to flush the toilet.

I throughly enjoyed the accommodations and amenities.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. The pool, hot tub and gym were all in working order!! Staff were very friendly!!

the staff

Cons:

the temp in the room on arrival was approximately 55 degrees. Temp came up and the roaches came out. asked front desk to have room sprayed and it was not. saw more roaches next morning. staff did take approximately 10 percent off the bill (unacceptable). we did not use the shower as a roach was in the towels. called on Monday 11-10-25 to have the manager call me and the manager did not return call. Could not find a number for the district manager nor the corporate office. very disappointing as we enjoy IHG Hotels. Did not want entire room bill removed but more than 25 dollars off as we only used the bed.
