Call ahead to see if the pool works
Pros:

BRENDA.BRENDA BRENDA. If we stayed again it would be because of Brenda. He made a delicious breakfast and great conversation. She was all smiles and much more helpful than the rest of the staff. Give Brenda a raise. She saved this review. Breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The pool did not work and it was not advertised on the site. Our room was NOT clean. The fold out had popcorn and chips on it when we opened it. The carpet was dirty and the common area furniture was stained. The staff weren't pleasant. We could not get into the gym because the pool was closed

We love the location. We’ve stayed here many times the lobby is clean. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we booked this mini getaway with our children so they could swim. We chose this hotel pacifically so that we could use the pool however no notice was online or was given to us when we booked the property through booking.com when we arrived after I paid, she told me that the pool was out of commission and that she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do about it, but while I was checking in, I said that my kids were excited in the car and they’re excited to come in and swim and she smiled and talked about how swimming is always a fun experience at a hotel. So I feel like she coerced me into paying for my room and then telling me oh sorry the pool is down however she said that she could refund me and we could go elsewhere, but it would take up to 30 days for the money to come back to my bank account so we went ahead and went through with the booking. Staff was not very friendly the older lady that does the breakfast made a comment to me that I needed to save some for other people, not knowing that I was taking breakfast up to three children upstairs she was rude and hateful when I asked her to please help me with the pancake machine And she just was not very nice in general. The lady on third shift that checked us in seemed to have had a slight of an attitude not because of us almost like she does not enjoy her job. The room was not as clean as it normally is, although it was bigger than spacious Than what we normally book there was still valentines, confetti and balloon strings under the beds. The the dust had seemed to be accumulated in certain areas. The toilet did not flush all the way in the bathtub had a constant drip, which I informed the front desk at checkout the bathroom had severe black mold on the ceiling, the first bedrooms window unit was very moldy and not clean. The window. Seal was very dirty. The second queen bed in the first bedroom blankets were not clean.

Great Stay
Pros:

Great hotel. The room was quiet, renovated and large. The bed was very comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.
