Expensive for a run down property in a dodgy location.

Location behind a sport bar. Very noisy and run down. Did not feel safe there with coming and going into the middle of the night. I missed the property’s self review of 5/10.

Don't stay here. Pay a little more and book somewhere else, even if it's just for the night.

Our expectations of our stay here weren't high to begin with due to the overall rating however, I didn't expect the place to be literally falling apart. It's easier to list the number of things that did work than begin listing the amount of things which were faulty or just plain broken.

We arrived late on a Sunday evening so didn't feel we had much choice in terms of finding alternative accommodations within budget. Considering this room was $220, I would have expected it to be at least clean. When I contacted management to highlight the issues we encountered the following day (we only stayed one night), their response was that 'a lot of people stay and don’t mind the condition.' as though this justifies not replacing basic things such as broken toilet seats, taps and mould which was everywhere and maintaining a general level of function and cleanliness.

Anyway, book somewhere else to stay even and pay a little more if it's just for the night. The way in which this has been handled by management alone is reason to not stay not to mention the condition of the place.

Will not stay again and will pay extra for a better area as felt unsafe
Pros:

The communication via text was great and easy access with passcode, water pressure good.

Cons:

Sliding door was broken, toilet seat was falling off, cupboard doors were broken, difficult to get into bathroom when door doesn’t open all the way, small cockroach in the bed, towels old with stains, rough area with someone in the complex fight at 2.30am in the morning.

Location handy although very noisy at times mostly coming from the beer garden behind the units

Cons:

Not well maintained, towels and bath mats falling apart,whilst they had been washed had a very strong rustynwater odour.One of ournrokms wasn't ready at book in time.

OK for one night stay.
Pros:

Entry by coded door, no contact at all with staff. Comfortable bed, washer/dryer in room. Immediately behind Tavern with meals

Cons:

Exterior of property DESPERATELY needs attention. Unkempt garden and surrounds.

basic hotel - perfectly acceptable
Pros:

it was quiet. Right next to pub so if you don't have a car there are meals available (Lunch/Dinner). Perfect if you only want a place to sleep. A short walk to mobile coffee van in park next door. Great shower

Cons:

Pillows were like flat pancakes. Could do with a deep clean. Floors needed a good wash. Lots of dirt in corners and quite dusty underfoot. Toilet seat was almost falling off which I repaired

Poor lighting in the bathroom.
Shower drain may have been partly blocked, as I constantly stood in around 2" of water.
Shower curtain was short, dripping water into the dry area.
Cockaroach in the bed room. General presentation was very very basic.
