設備の保守・補修
Pros:

お湯が出なくて、修理してもらったが、直ったと言っていたがお湯が出なくて、部屋を変えた。
シャワーのお湯の出が少ない。
設備的に欠けや破損があっても、一時的な補修かそのままの部分がある。
シャワー室の床がふにゃふにゃしていて心もとない。

Pros:

備品の保守ができていなくて、故障のままになっていた。連絡してすぐには交換してもらえた。
地階でモールと以前は繋がっていたが、今は繋がっていない。

Pros:

コンビニや食事処、モールも近くにあって、ロケーションはいいです。部屋も清潔感があって、非常にきれいで、快適に過ごせました。

Through hotels.com not guarantee had a good room
Pros:

They give us a bad room, maybe its because we ordered from online (hotels.com) which is they would not received any cash from customer.
some of the light in the room was not working, the shower also bad... the room well so smell
anyway they have a good food and nice house keeping that makeover the room so well.

a week later, my office had a occasion on this hotel, and they give us a room for one night, its very differently situation, compared when i personally ordered from online (hotels.com)
