Good place in wrong hands. Need better management.

Room had lot of water standing on the floor from ac and moisture it seems. Repeatedly, floor was wet and we kept telling house keeping..nothing much was done. They told you shouldn't keep open balcony door or windows. But, when we checked in or whenever we came from outside, there was lot of water on the floor, even when room balcony was closed. Room is good but not well maintained. Felt we struggled for a day and paid price for it. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Ideal Panjim Getaway
Pros:

It was a very calm, peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and well-kept. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I was visiting friends and the location was ideal for a Panjim based visit. I could also hear the waves crashing on the beach from my room. A wonderful bonus.

Perfect stay with Family
Pros:

Had an amazing stay and one of the best sea view from the room balcony. Staff is very cooperative and professional manner. Beach is just 5 minutes away, we went for walk. Morning breakfast was excellent at restaurant. Overall it was great experience. Thank you we will definitely recommend to our friends .

Nice place to stay near Miramar beach . Miss Sioma helped us and made us feel home. Breakfast was good. Even night menu is good. Rooms are spacious. Worth for the value.
