Service at its best
Pros:

First of all, the staff here are very polite and hospitality is great. A special appreciation to Ms.Sioma who had assisted me with an early check which was truly remarkable.

Coming to the room, it was well maintained and clean. Would recommend it 100%.

We loved the view from your hotel & your waiters were courteous. The restaurant was very enjoyable. Thanks for making our stay comfortable

Cons:

Pls donot allow your waiters to collect cutlery in the passage area & outside the rooms . Also pls provide comfortable matressess since the matress in our room wasn't very comfortable. Thanks

A delightful stay at Varanda do Mar
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally polite and eager to assist, making you feel right at home. Guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast to start their day happily. I had a wonderful stay here with my family and our two-year-old, and I appreciated the friendly support from Siomea and Fluer at the front desk when I requested an early check-in after arriving early with my little one- luckily, they checked availability and kindly accommodated us. Mr. Sunil also graciously offered us breakfast, which was a lovely touch. The entire team truly goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. The hotel's great location is just a 15-minute two-wheeler ride to the lively centre of Panjim. Plus, the room offers a beautiful sea view, making the experience even more special.
I'm already looking forward to my next stay at this wonderful hotel.

The time we checked is since then the AC work was going on, we had to wait for an hour for the AC to get fixed. Even after AC still gave problems. At the end we had to change the room from sea view to a regular room

Wonderful place to have buisness meets and for holidays too

We conduct our annual sales training here from past so many years.tjis place is really good and the entire staff there is highly supportive.

Firstly loved the hotel and the staff service.
Very kind and helpful and adjusted the breakfast for my family members as we had seniors citizens along with us.
The hotel is really well kept with good cleanliness and good ambiance as well.
We loved the rooms we were living in very spacious and big rooms with and excellent view of the beach and road as well.
The surroundings are also very well kept and clean.
My family loved their stay and enjoy every bit looking forward to come again to this hotel.
The spot is also very good and it is very convenient for travelling as well and evrything is on hands distance.
Not forgetting the breakfast was also very good and kept very neat.

Pros:

I would have rated this poorly but the staff were exceptional.. they were polite,kind and the boy who cleaned my room made sure that he kept it spotless and neat.

Cons:

There is a huge issue with the cooling and the condensation which the staff acknowledge and tried their best to solve it. the ac vent was leaking causing huge puddles in the entrance of the suite. the door of the toilet wasnt working properly and was rusty etc

Pros:

One of the Best hotel in Panjim. Close to Miriam Beach. Rooms are big & clean with all the requirements. Excellent view from Balcony.
