Super Lage, tolles Frühstück und der Ausblick vom Spa-Bereich perfekt!

Cons:

…eine kleine Kaffeemaschine oder ähnliches wäre schön gewesen.
Das Zimmer sehr warm, leider keine Klimaanlage.

Das Personal freundlich und sehr umsichtig.

Cons:

Zur Ausstattung in dieser Preisklasse ist es in anderen Hotels seit Jahren Standard, eine Kaffee-Teezubereitung auf dem Zimmer anzubieten, dies ist hier nicht der Fall.Im Wellness-Bereich ist kein Wasserspender, stattdessen werden Getränke zu überteuerten Preisen angeboten.

Mit kleinen Verbesserungen eines der Top Adressen in Warnemünde und sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schön und auf alle Fälle weiterzuempfehlen, 1a Lage, Highlight das schöne Schwimmbad mit extrem schöner Aussicht, alles sehr sauber

Cons:

Ich hätte mir auf dem Zimmer gerne einen Kaffeekapselautomat gewünscht, gerne auch gege extra Bezahlung. Weiterhin beim 4 Sterne Frühstück frisches Obst und etwas mehr Auswahl an Wurst / Schinken - war teilweise leer.

Schönes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber sehr teuer.
Pros:

Das Personal im Frühstücksraum war sehr nett. Zimmerreinigung sehr gut.

Cons:

Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass der Wellnessbereich bis 21.00 geöffnet ist, aber schon ab halb 9 Aufräum- und Saubermach - Stress verbreitet wird. Ich finde auch die Zeit nicht lang genug. Der Bereich sollte länger geöffnet sein. Im Wellnessbereich gibt es auch einen Elektrokamin, der aber nie an ist. Das gleiche im Kaminzimmer. Man hat nie den Gemütlichkeitsfaktor. Auch keine Kerzen etc.
