However, when we first checked into the room, we noticed a significant number of ants gathering both inside the room and in the bathroom. We informed the staff, and they sent someone to clean the area, which improved the situation for a few hours.

Unfortunately, later that night while we were sleeping, ants even crawled onto the bed, which frightened my wife badly and caused her to have a very poor night’s sleep. The following day, after we returned from going out in the morning, we found another large number of ants all over the floor of the room again.

My wife was also feeling unwell during those days, so I asked the hotel if it would be possible to cancel and refund the second night of our stay, as we intended to move to another hotel. However, after speaking with the front desk, we only received an apology, and no refund or discount was offered for the second night.

We were extremely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. Therefore, I would not recommend this property to guests who care about cleanliness and hygiene, especially considering that the price-performance ratio is not particularly good. Unless, of course, you are comfortable spending the night being disturbed by insects.

Beautiful property and rooms - very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Terrific small luxury hotel with spacious grounds, a beautiful pool (heated), friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast served looking out over the pool and gardens. Big plus - there is a large SUV and driver to take you to town and pick you up at no charge crea charge. .

Encroyable!
Pros:

We hebben het fantastisch gehad! We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade van onze kamer. We werden volledig in de watten gelegd. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk ontbijt. De ligging is fantastisch. We reden op een fiets van het resort in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Saint Tropez en lopend was het maximaal 8/9 minuten naar het strand waar een fijn restaurant zit.
