Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straße sollte man meiden, da sehr laut. Alle anderen ok.
Excellent location: Very convenient and close to the city center, shopping mall, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.
Room concept: We stayed in a duplex room and really liked the overall layout and concept.
Poor hygiene: The hotel was not clean. There were many black spots on the carpet, and the bedding did not feel fresh.
Bad odor: There was a really foul smell in both the elevator and the hallway.
No outdoor view: We expected a room with a view to the outside, but unfortunately, we did not get one.
Uncomfortable stairs: The stairs inside the duplex room were not very pleasant to use
The room is very spacious. Clean and modern.
Small gym and pool but it doesn't matter for us.
Location strategic, room clean, reciepsionist friendly, meal and food is good, i am happy stay overnight, this recomended for staycation, businis, solo and family stay

Comfort atmosphere on hotel's facilities, rooms, good services comes from the staff in duty. Include, the recent management efforts to make the 101 Dago hotel,better and better.
We booked the Experience room, and it exceeded our expectations. It truly delivered an amazing experience from start to finish.
Service Excellence hotel with great hospitality
The staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our luggage after check-out to enable us to enjoy a day trip before leaving the city. They also checked in with us regarding the cost of laundry to confirm that we wanted to proceed. The triple room was perfect for what we needed and the third bed was comfortable (not just a pull out bed).
There is an amazing supermarket nearby that sells everything that you could need!

The check in was smooth, overall not bad for 4 stars non chain hotel. BUT there is staff error and hotel error. But this is beyond stupidity, your system was odd and off becase we came late at 21:43 to this hotel and they lock their lobby and we should walk to lobby from basement. Just think for one second, is this normal for local chain hotel? I should go to Four Points instead this hotel because your system was really odd.
The staff is 10/10. I asked to change my room and without hesitation they did. I asked for spa massage in my room and also done.
The massage lady :( it was too long 90 min of my life. She was just rubbing oil on me and it was quite painful. Believe me, I have 10000 massages in a month now and she was the most expensive and horrible one.

Ini langgananku sejak single, lalu married suka staycation di sini, dan sampai punya anak aku nginep di the 101. Semua family ku dari Jakarta kalau lagi aku undang ke Bandung, aku bookingin kamar di the 101. This hotel is my favorite, considering many aspects. The staffs’ excellent hospitality, the location, the spacious room, the ambience of the hotel, the affordability of room rate, and its kids friendly atmosphere.
