Pros:

This hotel is a gem. The location is strategic, easy to access to many places. We took the duplex room, which has ample space for me, my husband and my 2 boys (age 12 and 10). The boys took the upper floor and were pleased to have their own private space.

Breakfast was okay. Food were tasty. Staff were remarkable. Always with a smile and ever willing to assist. Will stay here again whenever we are back in Bandung.

Cons:

The breakfast food variety was okay.. the only highlight for me the indomee sedap station. The others were repetitive.

The pool is near the breakfast area. So it can be a bit noisy.

Room was okay but was a bit dated. We asked about spa. Prices was good but the masseuse will come to the room rather having their own place. That was a bit of a turn off.

Pros:

It's a great place to stay. In the room there are all the necessities - a kettle, hairdryer, fridge. Also a nice balcony where you can smoke, which is a big plus.
