Starting from reservation and all request, which they can provide perfectly🤗🤗

We stayed to welcome New Year and glad it was very right choice.

Our Big Thanks to FO Team, Mba Adel who helped us from very beginning and also Mba Cantik who assist us during our check out at 1st dec at 11.45 AM

Also Mas Jay from Housekeeping for sincere help for helping us to take many photos at the Iconic Stairs.

Finally, our Big Thanks goes to Double Chin Staff, Mas Riza & The Boss who helped us to secure our seats during New Years Eve Dinner. You guys really made our stay feels like coming home🫶🫶🫶🫶

Hotel with free valet service
Pros:

This is my honest review. It was 10 years ago i visited the hotel and they still provide excellent service. At my current visit one service they provide is a valet service for the guest. This service become important because there are limited area of parking lot. The hospitality from the staff is great. Nice greetings to the guest casually makes me feel like home. And the restaurant for breakfast offers enough variable of dishes. I would like to comeback if i got the chance in the future.
