Good Hotel, Good Staff with Good location a bit pricey though
Pros:

Location near Sarinah and Sabang
Walking distance to Big Mall of Grand Indonesia
You can ask the staff for storing your frozen food to keep them in good condition

Cons:

Wardrobe cabinet is not big enough, I think this is for all the Artotel Studio type room. In room fridge normally is not cool enough to store your items

Everything is top notch, from the wonderful Indonesian breakfast that makes me miss more about being Indonesian to the professional and attentive staff that makes sure our stay is comfortable, everyone is amazing. Would definitely recommend!

I liked the location.

Cons:

I did not like the rooms. Their other location — Artotel casa kuningan— was miles better. The room I was given was on the mezzanine. The room felt like it was an afterthought, stuffed into an area not meant for guests. The floor I think shared a hallway with the hotels back room and I constantly heard doors swinging open and shut, and footsteps moving about. The curtains were drawn shut when I entered, and I understand why, since peaking behind the curtain all you see is a roof of the service area below and a wall. Like I said, room felt like an afterthought stuffed into a corner not meant for guests.
