Excellent Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta during my business trip. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The bed was cozy, and all the facilities were well maintained.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious food and beverages. There were plenty of options to suit different tastes, and everything was fresh and well prepared.

A special thanks to Adel and Kevin for their warm hospitality. They were very friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, close to many business and shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and quiet.
Pros:

Good location, central Jakarta with bunch of shopping malls, restaurant and bars/entertainment outlet around. There some cool cafes and street food stalls around the area as well. The staff Adel & Vanka were very helpful and nice as well.

The room was not so nice but the restaurant and the bar made up for it.
Pros:

Roof top bar was nice and breakfast buffet had lots of variety of food, especially local food which was very tasty.

Cons:

I stayed in a room on Mezzanine floor. There is zero sound-proofing, I heard every single noise even other hotel guests entering their rooms. The room seemed a bit dirty and outdated.
