Abbiamo saputo il giorno stesso del cambio Hotel, nel vicino Hotel Coelho, dove ancora non è chiaro il motivo c'è stata richiesta una tassa di soggiorno di 100€ invece che di 50 € come scritto su Booking. Ci hanno ridetto diverse volte che ci avrebbero restituito la parte in più richiesta, ma dopo una settimana non abbiamo ancora avuto risposta.

Connessione e wifi instabili o assenti durante tutta la mia settimana di permanenza: non so da cosa fosse dipeso.
Booking non mi ha avvisata del cambio di hotel: appena arrivata ho trovato chiusa la struttura a me destinata (secondo prenotazione)...per un soffio ho intercettato la receptionist in pausa pranzo, che ha saputo gestitire il disguido...nel frattempo ho perso 20 anni di vita per capire in quale altra struttura avrei potuto soggiornare per una settimana senza aver prenotato.. la cortesia dello staff per certo ha sopperito alla dimenticanza iniziale.

Emplacement très bien mais chambre familiale très petite

L'emplacement était parfait près de tout la mer les commerces

Pas de produit de toilette et un rouleau de papier toilette et nous étions 4 nous avons eu que 2 grandes serviettes le lit à étage celui du bas manque de protection ma fille a saigné car c'est cognée sur ressort

Soggiorno a Gatteo a Mare
Pros:

La posizione della struttura e l'attenzione del cameriere dell'hotel Coelho (dove si consumava la cena) per essersi accorto che mia moglie non mangiava nulla e si è attivato per proporle qualcosa di alternativo.

Bagno cieco senza aeratore: è a norma?
Bidet "inserito" nella tazza del water: per un 3 stelle, penso che non ci siano parole, si commenta da solo...
Sgabello del bagno sporco e ripulito a stento.
Asciugacapelli non nel bagno, dove dovrebbe stare, bensì nella stanza, attaccato al muro con un solo tassello. Tassello mezzo fuori dal muro, per cui la base dell'asciugacapelli gira su sè stessa.
Mancanza di luce nello specchio del bagno, per cui radersi con la luce posizionata nella parete di fronte allo specchio, è problematico.
Bustine di shampoo-doccia avute solo su richiesta (ricordo trattarsi di hotel a 3 stelle) anche se palesemente non ce n'erano più. Stesso discorso per le saponette per le mani.
Stanza in mansarda senza finestra, NON specificato all'atto della prenotazione. Presente solo un piccolissimo vasistar orizzontale di 25 cm. di altezza per 1 metro e 20 di larghezza. Data la mansardatura, quindi col tetto fortemente obliquo, la stanza è per metà NON fruibile appieno, a meno che non si voglia sbattere continuamente la testa.
Minifrigo e telefono interno non funzionanti. Avvisata inoltre, per telefono personale, di questi guasti, una sorta di assistenza, mi assicurava di provvedere alle riparazioni il giorno seguente. Stiamo ancora aspettando! Ricontattata l'assistenza la sera del giorno dopo, riferiva che aveva dato disposizione affinchè fossimo trasferiti presso l'hotel Coelho (dove andavamo a cena): nessuno ci ha informati di questa soluzione!
