Fairly modern hotel which is almost unique in Eastbourne. Spotlessly clean. Plenty of staff all friendly and helpful.
The only tiny fault would be a lack of plug sockets in the room (still 3 though).
The hotel was very clean ,and the staff were very friendly and helpful ,the room we had was very spacious and well equipped and cleaned daily
Would of been better if the restaurant was open in the evening as bar menu was a bit limited
The view from the balcony was lovely. The room was quiet, which was great.
I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast as although the cooked breakfast was good, the cereal bar was limited and not particularly healthy. I would have expected muesli, nuts, seeds and dried fruit as an option, considering its a 4 star hotel.

Breakfast was great as was the accommodation.
I left my towel on the floor and expected a clean replacement. When I returned, the dirty towel had been folded and placed back in the bathroom.

Room was a bit dated , tv really old and bed wasn’t the comfiest

The TV channels did not have enough movies and entertainment ie Netflix, YouTube.

Reading light is of no use as it’s impossible to read in bed. Had to use the light on my iPhone to read. Mentioned this on three previous visits but no notice taken. Sadly.
I love the breakfast. So many choices to choose from. I love the room and the sea view. I love how I can still see the sea even when resting. I love the sun shining through the room.

We were looking forward to the restaurant being open in the evening and it was closed. We had no advance notification of this and we were celebrating our 60th Wedding Anniversary, so it was disappointing.
