This was a fabulous treat. The room with the balcony was just fabulous. It was a warm and welcoming hotel. I loved it. I would recommend it as one of the best in Eastbourne.

Very helpful and courteous staff - the hotel was clean and well-laid out. Food was very good.
We were expecting a City View room for our daughter, however she got a side view of the sea which was absolutely amazing, she was delighted =) =)

View was exceptional from our King Room Balcony Front Seaview having stayed a Superior Single & Double Room myself on 2 previous occasions. Room & Bed were very comfortable, cosy & spacious and wished that we could have stayed another couple of nights there.
Our bathroom on the first day had a mini flood as the door to on the bath kept opening and water just kept flowing out onto the floor which didn't help, however on the 2nd day it was fixed and we didn't have any issues. Wished there was a fridge in all the rooms especially on scorching days where guests can keep their drinks cold.

Easy access, easy check-in. Staff are efficient, helpful, friendly and chatty. Very good buffet breakfast, and my evening meals were lovely.
Minor issue - hairdryer needs a longer lead!
The location was great and the room was big and spotlessly clean. I got a great deal for the night I needed to book and then benefited from a fab upgrade to large room with balcony and sea view for only a small extra fee. Only wish I could have enjoyed the room more as I was in town working until late.
